Great Location & Stylish Vibes in the Heart of Gangnam
I stayed at Hotel L7 Gangnam by LOTTE for 3 nights and overall had a great experience. The location is unbeatable—right near Seolleung Station, which made getting around Seoul super convenient. There are tons of cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby, so you’re never bored. It has an amazing bar lounge if you want to relax and have couple drinks it is perfect.
The hotel itself has a modern, trendy feel with a clean and minimal aesthetic. My room was a bit compact, but it was spotless and well-designed. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated little touches like the in-room air purifier and blackout curtains. However, it would’ve been nice to have more complimentary bottled water and basic toiletries like a toothbrush provided.
It has access to gym equipment however it is little compact and doesn’t have much equipments. I will say 3/5.
Staff were friendly and efficient during check-in and check-out. I also liked having a convenience store in the basement for late-night snacks or necessities.
Overall Rating: 4/5 Stylish, convenient, and clean—a solid choice for anyone wanting to explore Gangnam in comfort.
I recommend this hotel and I will definitely stay in here again.

This property is located in the heart of everything!! You're just steps away from a subway station to get you anywhere in Seoul. The restaurant in the hotel has very good food if you don't feel like going to the many nearby other dining options. I would stay here again for sure.

Even though the place is not cheap, their service is remarkable. I was in Seoul for vacation and did not bring umbrella for the trip. The hotel has umbrellas guests can borrow so I did not have to buy umbrella for the one day of rain. The location is also nearby airport bus stop and subway station.

Our cleaning lady on the 12th floor was amazing, very patient and understanding as we had little kids with us. The front staff were great as well as we had to check out and check back in for our extended stay and they already had our rooms ready! We are soooo happy with our stay and would highly recommend!!!

I really liked my stay at L7 Gangnam and I really enjoyed how comfortable my hotel room was. It has a modern experience that made it feel fancier than some of the other hotels that I’ve stayed at. The hotel bed was nice and it was convenient to turn off the lights and draw the curtains while also being able to block out outside light in the evening.

The location was a plus. It provided easy access to the metro right outside the door, and great coffee, confidence, and dining options nearby on foot.
