Very friendly staff. Restaurant food could have been kept warmer. Roomlightings were pretty poor and frustrating as it’s hard to do makeup or contact lenses or see what debris got into your eyes. Also, the light above the fridge area, which is the lighting for the closet kept going out without constant movement in the fridge area while trying to look through the luggage kept in the closet. The area apparently is for people doing heavy night drinking.

Dirty, Dusty, and Smelly. This is not a four star hotel. The only reason I would give even a three star is because the staff and their services were amazing. The *photos I am leaving are after switching the room three times and wasting an entire hour during checking at 10pm.
The pictures of dust and dirty bedding are from the next day after they “promised to clean extra well” and letting them know I have dust allergy.

It was comfortable, clean and quiet. The location is great, being in Gangnam and just a few minutes walk to Seollung metro station. Great location and staff are friendly and helpful.
Also, right next door there is a casual grab-and-go place called SnowFox, they do nice bento-style food there and it’s easy to order. Handy for a quick lunch.

Nice hotel, courteous staffs, convenient access to the transportations, clean room and bathroom. The view however was horrible since my room was directly facing some office building. I was able to see the office workers working during the day and was not able to open my curtains for the entire time I was there.

Location is everything and this hotel was in a perfect location if you want a good hotel on a budget. Breakfast was very good. Only thing is that the room was a bit small for 3 of us. But otherwise we enjoyed it
