Great room and staff. There was one issue: in my room, when you press the buttons to turn on lights, some of the lights made a high-pitched noise when they were on. That’s it though. Cleaning staff did an amazing job!

I never expect this hotel was so nice. The hotel staff is so kind and facilities was so nice also. One thing if you let us know some information before booking how can you go to to downtown Seoul then we were not worry too much. I was in difficult situation to find out the location of this hotel using GPS from a rental car. I didnt know there are two way of road information, new road and old road. So I called the hotel and understood the name of road. The quality of bath tub, shower, toilet, bed are all above five stars. I will come again whenever coming to Seoul again.
