Staff were really nice and corteous . The breakfasr buffet were awesome. We love it ! Our rooms are clean and amenities are available on a daily basis . Perfect location . Our stay went great and would stay here next time we visit Korea .

This hotel was in a very good location especially for the night market, very walkable and I felt safe. This however wasn't a "superb" hotel by my standards as some reviewers stated. It's a basic travel hotel. They regulate the AC so although I set the temp at 68 it never cooled below 77 which really pissed me off other than that the staff were extremely nice & responsive

We stayed here for 5 nights with family of 3 ( 2 adults and 1 kid, 7 years old) . The hotel modern, clean, and well-located without being noisy. It’s ideal for traveler's who want comfort and convenience without luxury pricing. The cons :The overall experience very impersonal as the service leaned too heavily on automation with limited in person support lacking the warmth or attentiveness expected from a 4-star hotel.Moreover, The room temperature was uncomfortably warm during the hot summer, and our daughter even suffered a nosebleed as a result. We requested the concierge to lower the temperature, but since the hotel uses a centralized air conditioning system, they were unable to adjust it. Instead, they provided us with a small electric fan, which offered little relief.

The property provides great value and has close proximity to restaurants, convenience stores, subway. The rooms are clean and laundry facility is great. The only thing I'd like to have is a closet to store your clothes so you don't live in your suitcase.

We loved it here! Will recommend this hotel if you want a more quieter area but still within Myeongdong area, very walkable to Myeongdong Night Market. Hotel is very clean and staff are so efficient and respectful.

The front desk staff was very kind and friendly. They gave us a room with a beautiful view of the N Seoul Tower, and it was very easy to walk to the metro station - we did this every day. They had a microwave on every floor and we used it often during our stay. There is also a minimart right in the lobby which is extremely convenient. And there are plenty of dining and coffee options very close to the property. It felt clean and safe and felt like our home away from home for the 5 nights we stayed. The front desk stored our luggage for us on the first and last day, and they called taxis for us and offered us maps of the city and the metro each day we were there. We absolutely would stay here again and highly recommend it.

Excellent location, close enough to many shopping and dining options (few minutes walk) whilst not being in the thick of it. Nice room with view of the Tower, floor to ceiling windows making it bright. Breakfast was a bit disappointing - a decent selection of options but no variety each day; a maned egg station that only cooks fried eggs (sign saying for “convenience/efficiency”); judicious application of no food removal (even a yoghurt pot I wanted to take to my room as I needed to do a business call). Overall, it won’t disappoint.
