Great place for staycation. However the checking in has always long wait. The check in time is 3 but on busy days by the time you get the keys and get in your room it almost takes an hour.

Overall it's a nice place without heading outside seoul, but lots of facilities(like a main swimming pool)and even window side dining seating goes only to memebers. If you are just a hotel guests, you can't use main pool which it's highlight of the hotel and can’t even seat in window setting. Disappointed.

1. Remember it is an ondol room which is Korean traditional heating system that makes very hard to control the temperature. They set up the room at 28 degree when the outside temperature was 15. My entire family couldn’t sleep even after opening the window whole night and turned off the heater immediately.
2. Be aware they do not have an extra bed for the suite - I paid 55,000 krw for an extra blanket and pillow.
3. Very weird layout. Heard it was originally developed as a resort but ending up selling to the public hotel. Suite is not really a suit - you only get one bathroom with a living room with 6 seating dining table without sink, and need to mention the sofa is only 3 seater. They attempted to renovate hard to make the resort condominum to the hotel room but it is such a weird design and poorly built and furnished hotel.
Overall horrible experience. Not worth for money.

조식 및 시설은 만족스러웠으나 방 청결상태가 매우 안좋음. 몇개월은 청소하지 않은 것같은 먼지와(침대 옆 독서등 스위치를 키면 먼지가 올라옴) 전 투숙객이 버리고 간 쓰레기(막대사탕껍질+일회용 화장품)가 객실 곳곳에서 나옴.
먼지가 너무 많아(손가락으로 만지면 손가락에 묻음+카페트 위 덩어리 먼지들) 청소를 요청하여. 잠시 외출하는동안 청소하고 가심. 하지만 청소기를 돌린 흔적은 찾아 볼 수 없고 모든 먼지들이 그래도임
객실 청소 방법 개선 및 교육이 필요함.

좋음 다 좋음 그런데 회원들만을 위한 공간이라고 생각됩니다. 그냥 membership only resort로 운영하는게 좋을 듯. 일반 투숙객은 할 수 있는게 없음

거실 바닥의 러그는 청소를 매일 하는지 의심스럽습니다. 기본적으로 룸컨은 나쁘지 않으나, 보일러의 개별 작동이 되지 않는 것 같습니다. 거실의 온도가 31도까지 오르는 것이 정상은 아니겠죠. 해결되지도 않습니다. 이름있는 곳 계열사 치고, 가격 치고는 서비스 공급에 대한 퀄리티 관리가 절실히 필요해보이네요.
