S Hotel Suncheon

Nice clean hotel with no fuss check-in. Appreciated the jacuzzi tub in addition to a shower.

When we checked in, it was super hot and humid in the hallway and even worse in the suite room we got. It took almost an hour with the 2-in unit AC units on full blast before we felt any sort of relief. I would think that if they were anticipating people checking in and using the rooms they would have the AC on at least at a decent temp. My family was not happy about stepping into a sauna-temperature room when the temperatures outside were cooler

Great location for visiting the Suncheon National Garden. Lots of earing options and cafes right around the hotel and decent access to different bus lines to get around the city. The unique room key mechanism they use was a little weird and took some getting used to in order to make sure the door was locked when leaving.

Really nice room and bathroom. I got the bigger room and it was nice and very spacious. They have clothing styler which is useful to dry clothes you wash in sink. It does other stuff too. Tv and AC use same remote. Leave your key at front desk when you leave. Staff spoke good english. I read some of the other reviews... the negative ones are ridiculous. Great hotel. Good price.

The hotel is spooky. We half joked that the corridor looks like jail cells. I got a very unpleasant vibe and was happy to check out the next morning. The shower was weird so I ended up not showering that morning. Bed was hard as a rock.

Rooms are typically well-appointed, even at the lower tier. Service is pretty basic, but friendly enough. Quality standard hasn't decreased since opening, which often happens. Kudos.

The hotel itself was great, loved the room and all the nearby attractions. There is really only 3 things that I have something negative to say. The first is the check-in time...for me 4pm chevk-in is simply outrageous! Especially if you're driving all the way from Uijeongbu early in the morning and arrive and wantvto eother shower or sleep but can't because you have to wait until 4pm! Check-in needs to be earlier like 12pm or even better having a 24 hour check-in service. The second thing was that the rooms heated floor controls were completely hidden and I had to suffer a very hot uncomfortable stay until locating and turning the floor off. The last is communication, yeah I am not in an English speaking country but it is always good to have staff on hand that can speak English comfortably. My overall score is heavily affected by the check-in time alone. With a 4pm check-in time I would score this hotel 5/10 If they had an earlier or 24 hour check-in time I would score it a perfect 10/10 If I were to stay again I would expect and hope to be given a room a lot EARLIER, preferably upon arrival.

Looks like a love hotel but i fully enjoyed the massage chair and the whorlpool bathtub. I won’t think twice about staying here again when I am back to this town. Thanks!!

We stayed in a large family suite with 3 queen beds. It was clean and comfortable. There was a small refrigerator and electric water kettle, but no microwave. Also, there was only 1 sink in the bathroom, which constrained bathroom use for a large family group as ours. Also, the bathroom door was clear glass and would not lock, so it provided minimal privacy.

하루 머물기에 편안한 호텔이었어요. 방에 있는 스타일러 잘 썼네요. 시설은 아주 좋은 정도는 아니고 사용한 방이 넓어서 편안했어요.

It was a very good experience. Helpful staff, and the hotel provided what was advertised.No problems with cleanliness, service or check-in The only problem was that the room could get very hot. However one quick call got them to turn on the AC when requested.

Suite was great. Easy access to bus stop that can take you almost anywhere. Easy reach of train station and bus terminal. Loads of cafes, a mart, and restaurants.

It is better than expected and have a excellent condition. I will recomend to others.

We stayed in the Suite. It was so comfortable and price was reasonable. There was even a LG Tromm Styler for you to clean your clothes. The reception was very alert and always helped to call for taxis very quickly. Cleaning was very well done. Everything was diligently replenished daily. The National Garden is within walking distance and there are so many restaurants nearby.
