Ppl are so so so nice. Even though the room is not that big and beds are pretty small, i slept really well. Breakfast was amazing. When i go back to korea, i will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Stayed in many hotels in Seoul and this one was one of the higher rated ones that were the least pleasing comparing to less ratings ones.
We stayed one night and the room were super tiny. My requests about higher floor was ignored. Walls were thin we could hear other people speaking right above us. But worst of all - the bathroom door was BROKEN!! It was too late to change room because of flight delay we arrived at midnight and we only stayed a day but this shouldn't even be a thing in a first place. Our bathroom sliding door would get stuck if you fully closed it and would not budge back or forth. So each time any of us had to go to bathroom we would call the other one to help to open the door. Absolutely insane. Location was not great either. Nothing near except for one 7eleven. I would never ever stay at this over priced horrible hotel again or any other Shilla Stay. Plenty other amazing options in Seoul and most for fraction of the price.
