SOTA SUITE SOKCHO WORLDSTATE

I have stayed at this property World State Residence quite a lot over the past 4 years. At least 3-4 times a year. I really like the property and it was always clean, well kept and well managed. The past 3 times I have stayed I have had problems. First is paying for a room under world state mahagement and being given a room under sunrise hotel management. I understand rooms are similar but the furniture, layout and price or the rooms are different. This trip the room I was given 1713 had tiles falling off the wall in the shower. I didn't notice until. Late in the night so didn't contact the management but the standards here have gotten much worse and it is a real shame as a regular customer to be given continuous bad treatment and having bad experiences while staying there.

Good place to stay, clean, nice staff, convenient web baesd check in and out, near to market place, except limited parking space but its not a big deal

It's clean, walkable to the most popular attaractions and I like the automatic non face to face check-in.

Please note that after arriving at the hotel, there is the inconvenience of having to receive a mobile key and enter the room without the help of book-in service, and if you bring your own car, there is the inconvenience of having to park a long distance away, and you cannot contact the hotel if you do not have a cell phone that can make calls. It is a place where you can be satisfied with the sea view and room condition for the price.

방에 기본 물이없고, 작은테이블도 없어 불편했어요. 컵 두개밖에 없고 방이 너무 건조해서 힘들었어요;; 침대에도 벌레같은게 기어다니던데 좀 불안했습니다.

가성비가 괜찮은 숙소에요. 공간도 제법 넓고 큰 냉장고나 티비 등도 좋고요. 중앙시장이 아주 가깝다는 것도 포인트 네요. 그런데 청소 상태가 안 좋어요. 호텔급이 아니에요. 일반적으로 지저분 하다 그런건 아니에요. 그런데 화장실 컵 이나 전기포트나 샤워부스 구석 이라던거 깔끔한 분들 눈높이에 못 맞춰요. 그리고 로비의 비린내가 아주 거슬려요. 객실에까지 그런건 아니에요. 로비만 인데 그 경험이 호탤 인상을 아주 나쁘게 만들어요. 주차장은 자체 주차장이 만차가 빨리 되어 약간 걸어야 해요. 조금 아쉽지만 수긍은 가요. 가격조건이 좋다면 추천 이에요. 그런데 아니라면, 아주 깔끔한 성격 이사라면 비추천 이에요.

바다와 청초호가 함께 보이는 방이라 뷰가 좋았고 침구 정말 만족스러웟습니다 비대면체크인도 좋구요 주변에 갈만한 카페나 시설이 많고 시장도 금방 갈수있어 좋았습니다 잘 쉬고 갑니다

Clean, great location, beautiful view of the sea and the bridges.

바다뷰가 아니라 청초호 뷰네요~ 청초호 산챡하기 좋네요~ 레지던스 호텔 건물 인접해서 냉동창고가 있는데 냉각탑 소음이 새벽에도 상당합니다. 문닫고 자면 소음이 그나마 괜찮은데~~ 문열면 소음이 지속적으로 반복되다보니 그렇네요~ 이것 빼면 전반적으로 좋았어요~ 특히 비대면으로 진행되는 체크인과 아웃, 다 만족합니다.

오션뷰 좋고 추천받아서 갔는데 낮은층 줘서 이게 오션뷰라고해야할지 시티뷰에 끝 언저리에 바다가 조금 보이는 뷰여서 혼란스럽네요. 저녁 늦게까지 근처에 유흥업소인지 식당에서 노래를 크게 튼건지 거의 새벽2시까지 시끄러웠네요. 호텔 내부나 청결도는 최고였습니다. 그리고 속초터미널에서 호텔이름 얘기하니까 소리지르면서 그렇게 말하면 못알아듣는다고 옛날 호텔이름 얘기하래서 다른분들도 가실때 썬라이즈 호텔이라고 얘기하시고 가시길.. 속초 택시분들이 다 그런건 아니겠지만 도착한 당일날 기분이 하루종일 안좋았네요

Nice room with great view. There was some big mold on the bathroom door but everything else was great.

pillow & bed liner had dirty stains and did not clean.. they were old & existing stains.. they look like child stuffs or some like like that..

I like that you don't have to check on and it is all automatic. The property is souurounded by shops restaurants, a beautiful view and a lot of pleasant walking and picnic areas. Beds are extremely comfortable and rooms are always clean.

좋았습니다~ 호텔 위치도 좋고 무인체크인, 체크아웃 기능도 좋네요~ 문자 안내도 친절했어요~ 숙박료도 특가일 때 가서 더 좋았습니다~ 잘 지내다 갑니다!

전망과 롬스페이스는 좋아요. 청결은 별로에요. 두번째 같은 방을 썼는데 두번째에는 욕실 냄새나고, 거실 먼지 있어요. 난방도 좋고 뷰도 좋은데, 청결과 타올 컨디션에 신경썼으면 좋겠어요.
