고시텔, 원룸텔을 자주 이용하는데 다른 고시텔 보다도 방도 훨씬 크고, 침대도 크고 푹신하고, 방 안에 인덕션,싱크대,전자레인지,냉장고가 다 있어서 단기 여행 중에도 배달 음식 시켜서 데워먹고 처리하기 편해서 좋았어요. 옷장이 없어서 입구 쪽 천장에 옷을 걸어놔야 해서 냄새가 강한 음식을 배달시켜 먹으면 냄새가 조금 날 순 있을 것 같아요. 하지만 호텔의 장점(편안한 침대 등), 고시텔의 장점을 다 합친 느낌이라 너무 좋았어요. 정말 조용하고 깨끗해요

The hostel manager was not consistent with what was and was not allowed at the hostel. I had a friend come over for about an hour or so, and the dryer room had a sign saying that guests of the hostel occupant were allowed to stay up to 2 hours. However, the manager messaged me saying no guests were allowed to be on the hostel property at all. The room is not well ventilated so please use the A/C machine on ventilation mode. You are expected to bring your own laundry detergent and softener. The dryer is fast!

The room was exactly as advertised. It was a small room and was very clean. The bed was very hard (Korean style) so if you don't like that, it would be difficult on you, but it was fine for me. The only complaint I had was that the refrigerator was very loud and gurgled all night, and that kept me awake.

Around 6mins walk fm the Selleong station & convenience store and restaurants are nearby. Even i stayed at 5/F, it is a bit noise at late night & early in the morning... Cleanliness is average, i see hairs around the toilet & duvet ......a used towel hanging in the toilet and the toilet was still wet when i checked in at 9pm...... I didnt use the washing machine/dryer/microwave... seems they are not very clean... Overall, i give 6.5/10 during my stay, i think the price is very attractive indeed.

Only two towels, there isn't even a soap bar. dirty used soap bar was in the soap bar case. Laundry washing machine is there but there is no laundry detergent. AC only work for blowing cold air so there is no heater. Also air from AC was stinky. I have no idea how this property has good review, disappointed a lot for the price that I paid.

シャワースペースは狭めですが、お湯は十分に利用でき、お値段も安いため過ごしやすい宿でした。また、帰国後に忘れ物に気づいてメール連絡をしましたが、非常に迅速に対応をしてくださり、友人に回収してもらうことができました。メールも日本語で的確に案内をくださり、本当に感謝しています！

江南やcoexまでは、歩いても15分ぐらいなので、韓国語が話せなくてもなんとかなります。チェックインやアウト時にも、ナンバーキーなので、誰とも会話せずに日本語のメールのみで完結します。宣陵駅も近くコンビニも目の前、周辺に飲食店が多数あり、立地が最高です。シャワールームの狭さと壁の薄さに妥協できれば、ゲストハウスとは比べものにならないプライベート感があります。

他の方の口コミを見ていて、チェックインの不安があったのですが大丈夫でした。予約してからかなり日数経過していたので、24時間前までに連絡をすっかり忘れており、チェックインについての連絡来ないなと当日、日本から出発の際に気が付き、慌ててメール。ソウル到着時した際にメールチェックしたら案内来てて問題なく部屋に入れました。私はやり取りスムーズに出来たので、その点の不満はありませんでした。周辺にはコンビニも数件もあり、三成にも徒歩圏内で食べ物はデパ地下で購入出来るし、近隣飲食店も多いので食事には不便さ無しです。タオルも朝ドアノブに備え付けの袋に入れてかけておけば、交換してオンらえるので、部屋へ立ち入ってもらいたくない、干渉されたくないタイプの人には向いています。キッチンもＩＨと電子レンジ、ちょっとした皿や鍋や食具もそろっていたので利用したのですが、備え付けのタオルが普通サイズ２枚だけなので、手を拭いたりシャワーで使ったりとなると（私は髪が長いので）足りないので、不足枚数は持参した方が良いと思います。 WI-FIもPWが手描きで、最初手こずりましたが、数回試して無事繋がりその後は問題なく接続できました。全てにおいて、普通に問題なく過ごせました。ホステルなので十分だと思います。
