숙소가 시내에서 많이 떨어진 외곽에 있는 것이 장점이자 단점이네요 스파도 있는데 생각보다 가격이 비싼편입니다 다만 조용하고 공기맑아서 좋아요

시설만족 청결만족 가격만족 서비스는 글쎄요... 체크아웃 하러 아침일찍 갔는데 체크아웃이요~ 하면서 키 냈는데 직원이 멀뚱쳐다만 보길래 아차 싶어 다시 객실함 키에 직접 넣고 나오는데 끝까지 한마디도 안한 직원에 마지막에 기분 상했음. 체크인 해주신 여직원분은 친절하셨음

눈 오는 날 숙박하고 왔습니다. 풍경은 좋았습니다. 스파는 좋았지만 스파 안에 스낵바가 있는 줄 알았는데 영업을 안 하더군요. 아쉽더군요. 룸 컨디션도 청소가 안 되어 있고 먼지도 너무 많고 난방을 틀어도 제대로 나오지도 않고 창도 바깥 냉기를 막지 못 하고 그대로 방으로 들어오더군요. 다음날 조식은 풀뷔페였는데 가격에 비해 별로였어요. 전체적으로 풍경은 좋았지만 위생 가격 측면에서 별로였어요.

예약에 있어 이름이 표기되어있지 않다고 하여 체크인에 어려움이 있었는데 그래도 친절하게 직원분이 응대해주셔서 체크인도 잘 했어요.
룸은 전반적으로 평범했지만 오래된 리조트라 그런지 화장실에 곰팡이가 보였어요.
그래도 간단한 취사도 가능하고 리조트 내 부대시설들이 나름 잘 되어있어서 좋았어요.

이곳이 지역사회 행사를 하는곳에 연수동이 있어서 리셉션에 계신 직원분은 행정적인 느낌이 있습니다. 스파비용도 할인받아도 가격은 비싼것 같아요. 아이랑 오래놀아봤자 3시간 이었는데, 탕도 하나에 ..뭔가 물은 좋은것 같으나 두번은 안올것 같아요. 식사도 다른호텔에 비해 비싸긴하나 먹을게 진짜없어서..생각보다 실망이었습니다
