I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Madrid. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the entire place felt modern and welcoming. The location is perfect — very convenient for exploring the city, with many shops, restaurants, and attractions just a short walk away.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made check-in smooth and were always available to answer questions or offer recommendations. Their warm hospitality truly made my stay even better.

Excellent area filled with helpful people-wonderful boutiques- great bars and restaurants- beautiful buildings-60 Balconies is a charming building and our apartment was very spacious and pleasantly furnished- although seriously needed more light in the living area! Property was clean however in need of repairs. Bathroom had water damage and shower wasn’t sealed. Difficult to keep water from spraying out.
Property was safe and walkable. However, street was loud and noisy with workers, people until 2 am every evening.

Excellent place in the trendy Recoletas area. Really close to Cheuca and all the fun bars and restaurants. Our room 1B was excellent and really large. Great to have maid service which was excellent. Only suggestion would be to add more lighting since in the night it is a bit dark. Would highly suggest for families -we were four adults and place worked amazingly well.
