It was a lovely hotel

Not as good as our normal stay, no welcome drink which apparently you only get when booking directly. They’ve removed the coffee machines from the rooms which is a shame. Bed felt more uncomfortable than previous stay too. Clean and convenient, nice bathroom but a shame the experience of staying here has declined.

Very nice stay in this hotel which is just a short walk from the Cathedral and the centre of the old town of Burgos.

This is a beautiful hotel in the heart of the historic city.

Close to the Old City area and excellent location.

Falta un poco de aislamiento acustico, se escucha el ruido de las otras habitaciones un poco alto. Nada grave si te tocan vecinos educados. El resto todo bien

The dining hall and restaurant and employees, not good, specially employees, very veey unfriendly and not helpful at all, very disrespectful.

The hotel on the whole was lovely. The room was lovely, clean and comfortable, great value for money. I was just a little disappointed there were no tea/coffee facilities in the room. With no room service for breakfast this was an area I felt could be better.

Beautiful hotel. Great breakfast. The front desk staff were aloof and unwelcoming. They hardly looked up to notice guests walking in or out, or even walking by on the way into or out of the breakfast room.

Overall the hotel and rooms were good. Sauna was set too hot, and in a bad condition.

This is a lovely hotel with a gym and pool in a great location. However, it was let down by the unwelcoming, unfriendly and unhelpful staff. While I appreciate that we speak different languages, we have received warm welcomes at eight lovely hotels on our trip across France and Spain. Being given maps, advice about where to eat, local sites, hotel amenities, restaurants times etc. On arrival here I explained that we were 20 minutes early and asked if I could park. The gentleman said they have a garage, took my car registration number, then stared at me blankly. I had to ask where the garage was and how I gained access, neither of which I could have known. When we returned later to check in the lady on reception was efficient but robotic, she handed us our key, stared at us and asked rudely "do you want something else like parking?" We replied that we had already parked but felt thoroughly dismissed. We went out again and on returning that evening asked the same lady about using the pool, and where we got towels from. She answered from reception as if we were stupid. As we walked towards the lift we were chased by the male receptionist who had been present at check in and asked about the pool. He loudly asked infront of another guest what our room number was, as if we were entering the hotel with criminal intent. Such a shame as it would have been perfect place to stay with friendly staff. Maybe the staff mentioned were having a bad day, but we have not experienced this before

Nice hotel, fairly newly built, friendly staff but lacked of staff's members, very close to the Sanctuary, shopping and dining.

We got a nice room with a balcony. It worked perfectly for our 2 nights we stayed at this hotel, walking distance to the beautiful cathedral. Good breakfast.

La habitación estaba amplia, pero se colaba algo de aire por la ventana --a pesar de las cortinas.
