Acta Piramides

Excellent hotel at a reasonable price, we had a 1 night stay before heading to the train station (10 min taxi ride) for onward travel and it was just what we needed. The only improvement would be reducing the noise in a morning with doors closing loudly.

The room is clean and reception is helpful.

Spacious room, with complimentary water. No kettle. The room appears to be newly renovated, with strong water pressure. I requested a double bed room. The hotel provided a room with two single beds merging into a double one. But one will fall down the middle of the bed. Metro and train station are just outside the hotel, very convenient. Luggage storage is free and have lockers, easy to use and you can get back your luggage without the need of the presence of the staff.

The night manager on duty around 3AM May 11th 2025 was un-helpful to phrase it mildly. After verifying that I was staying there for the following 3 nights, he proceeded to tell me that the lobby bathroom was only for patrons of the bar which opened at Noon and closed at 10pm. This was entirely untrue because the lobby bathroom was right behind his desk and available. Second unhelpful behavior he engaged in was stating that there were no vacancies for the night of 10th to 11th. (My check-in was on 11th) Later, when he saw that I wasn't leaving the lobby he proceeded to write $231 EUR as the rate for the remainder of the night - and this was about 60 Euros higher than my nightly rate for the other 3 nights. It is possible that this was a more luxurious accommodation - he did not say other than to tell me that I would have to change rooms after the first night. Either way, nobody checked out between the time I asked for availability around 3 AM and his overpriced proposal around 45 minutes later. And this means that there was something available, yet he hid the truth and told a lie. I suffered greatly that night as a result of this behavior.

Everything was perfect. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The facilities were perfect - our room was comfortable, roomy enough, and well maintained. We were pleasantly surprised how convenient transportation was. The metro was literally right out the door.

Dog dropping outside the property by the entrace was there when I checked in on Monday and it was still there when I checked out. Walls are thin. You hear the next door toilet and shower running. The floor plan layout is interesting and could be the reason for hearing the excess noise. Elevators needs renovation. The room is nice tho.

Property is in a very good condition for a 3 star hotel. Location is amazing as there's a metro that's just right below.

Enjoyed my stay here! Easily accessible with a metro and train station just outside and also lots of buses nearby. Luggage storage was convenient with self-storage lockers. Big, spacious room with plenty of space to open flat my medium hard-side suitcase. The bed was large and very comfortable. Rainfall shower and handheld combo worked well and the hand soap and shower gel smelled nice. I just wish the bathroom had an exhaust fan to minimize condensation from the shower (this doesn't seem to be a thing in Spain). Also, tissues, face cloths, and a kettle would be nice but I can make do without. Overall, a great hotel to stay at in Madrid and I would stay there again.

The room was a simple decoration but clean with comfortable bed. It’s a quite spacious room. The buffet breakfast was good too.

We enjoyed our stay at Acta Piramides. The property was well situated literately at the steps of the metro line, and also close enough for a reasonable walk into the center of Madrid. We really enjoyed that the property was close to the center but still felt quiet. The breakfast was quite good as well and the staff were friendly. We would absolutely stay here again.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, breakfast was always fresh and tasted great. it is right on top of the subway and train station, and there is a bus stop right up front. it makes the location very convenient but you also get some noise due to the foot traffic. The room were comfortable, and housekeeping did a great job keeping the place clean. Just take in consideration that you will need to keep your window closed as people smoke in front of the hotel and if your window is open it will get inside the room.

It is easy to get on the metro and go all over the city.

Clean, comfortable, and modern hotel. Spacious room and conveniently located next to the metro line 5. Friendly and helpful staff. Would stay again next time in Madrid.

We had a great stay at Acta Pirámides Hotel! The location is fantastic, with the metro station right next door, making it super easy to get around Madrid. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything I needed. We also really enjoyed the breakfast selection on our last day - there was plenty of variety to start the day off right. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay. I would definitely return!
