El registro de entrada fue sencillo, sin personal en recepción. - La habitación olía a tabaco. Pedimos que nos cambiaran de habitación, pero no fue posible. - Solo nos dejaron toallas para una persona. No fue fácil conseguir más. - La secadora no funcionaba. Tuvimos que secar la ropa en la habitación, sin tendedero. La comunicación con el personal por teléfono resultó complicada.
