I visited in June and the property was fairly quiet and relaxed. The apartment was cleaned daily and the staff were really helpful with recommendations on places to visit. The area was close to the harbour and city centre which had lots of restaurant options and shops. I visited on my own and I felt really safe both in the property and the area itself.
The only downside to the apartment was the smell from the fridge, but this wasn’t a major issue. Would recommend this property.

Great apartments, spacious and clean with coffee machine, fridge, hob, kettle microwave etc. Close to one of the elevators or steps down to port or 10 min walk to main part of town. Staff all very helpful. Pool area spacious and never very busy so plenty beds and chairs.

Excellent property and location. Only problem that as we artived on a Sunday everything was closed so we couldnt even buy a bottle of water. Maybe a welcome pack would help even if there is a charge would be helpful.

Was extremely hot so pool was nice to cool down in.Reception staff very helpful.

Had a fantastic time staff.wss very helpful, pool was great, loved the accommodation like home from home, will be staying again maybe later this year, if not definitely next year. Transportation was great you can get a bus anywhere, or hire a car if you want.

Very helpful and friendly staff, our apartment was spacious and clean although we felt that the bathroom would benefit from being updating, the bath especially and maybe tile around the shower.
The pool was lovely and cool after a day of site seeing and very well kept with regular cleaning.

Our stay at Apartanentos Turisticos Royal Life was great, the property staff are very friendly. The apartment was spacious, room was big with a big bed, loads of storage. The kitchen was well equipped, mini fridge was available. Crockery and cutlery was there for use. Everyday housekeeping was available. The property has its own swimming pool and gym. Walking distance to the Port of Mao, bus stop was walking distance too. The apartment has its own private balcony. Overall it was well worth a stay.
Cons - bit too expensive for a 2 star property. The Aircon was not in the room but was on top of the kitchen section.

The receptionists were very friendly and able to answer all my questions comprehensively. There was a daily room cleaning, and the rooms were very spacious. I thought the pool opened too late at 10am, as I'm a morning swimmer, but this is just personal preference really.

Highly recommended. Very easy check in and very friendly and helpful staff. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. We very much enjoyed having the use of the balcony and the apartment had everything required for basic cooking. The pool wasn't yet open for the season but it was in a nice setting. Well located in a relatively quiet area of Mahon, this place was a truly excellent discovery for our recent 9-day stay in Menorca. We found we could easily stroll into the city centre within 5-10 minutes and get to the bus station in a comfortable 20 minutes for daily trips to fantastic beach resorts such as Son Bou, San Tomas, Arenal d'en Castell and Fornells. Our accommodation comprised a nice double bedroom with blinds that effectively kept out the morning sunlight; a living room with a balcony overlooking the pool, a sofa, a flat-screen TV (with plenty of UK and other European channels), and a small but well-equipped kitchenette; and, last but not least, a bathroom with walk-in shower. Everything was spotlessly clean and staff were super helpful. It's handily-placed for the shops too, with a bakery, greengrocer and (very) small supermarket around the corner a couple of hundred metres away. There's a garage and a large-ish Eroski Center supermarket a bit further on as well. All in all, we were really pleased with our stay here and wouldn't hesitate to book it again.
