Nice apartment. Great location. Quiet. Lovely and responsive owners. The shower is a little small. Three floors up the stairs as advertised. The Ruzzafa neighborhood has great dining and is not as touristy as the old town yet it is close enough to the main sites. Taking a bus to the beach is a breeze. Avoid traffic and parking hassles. Overall great value. Would go back.

Light and airy apartment on the top floor of the building (no lift). Very quiet despite being in quite a buzzy area of the city, surrounded by great bars and restaurants. Comfortable rooms, though the second is very small. Bathroom efficient. Adequate kitchen equipment, but we did buy two more mugs for our morning tea. Overalland excellent bet for a stay in Valencia as most things are walkable from the location, loads of places to eat and drink nearby, and clean and comfortable. The owner was extrememly helpful about arrival etc.

The apartment is well located but it's in very bad conditions. The floors, kitchen and bathroom were very dirty and shower had mold. Definitely it's not a 3 stars hotel. The worse part was that the apartment supposed to has parking but the owner told us that it wasn't parking available for us. At the end, we had to park the car in a public parking for two days and pay the cost. Hotels.com was very diligent and reimbursed us the cost of the parking.
