I stayed for 2 nights.
There was no hot water for a shower on either morning.
I do not believe I should have to advise staff that there is no hot water.
It is something which should absolutely be a non issue.
It is unacceptable.
There was also a continuous smell of cigarette smoke in the lobby. Everything else was fine but like I said. No hot water means I would never stay here again.

Was very happy with this little place, staff are excellent (esp Alberto) cute room with good space to move about and unpack with a wardrobe. I have to say very comfortable bed was very surprised and made all the difference. And the cafe / restaurant in the ground floor had a solid selection of breakfast and coffee and lunch meals at a great price. So we loved it would definitely stay here again. One point is the towels please can you get some softer/thicker towels and more of them as it was so hot so we were showering. Also location is fab. Well done 🙏

The only thing I can ask to be reviewed is the communication between the property and the customer. This is especially important when you are checking in after the check in closure time. That was the only thing I could fault.

The photos are misleading, it is a low budget student hostel at most not a hotel. I paid £144 a night, which is far too much for that type of accommadation.
