We loved it! Close to airport and cruise port 20'. Shopping next door was a plus! Mercadona is right there to get all your goodies and souvenirs ❤️❤️❤️❤️! We will back for sure!!! Very comfortable beds and clean property!!! Thank you!!!!

The staff was very rude and unprofessional. We arrived two hours early and notified the front desk that if the room was available, to let us know. I had to ask multiple times for an update, even after waiting 2 hours in the lobby, but no one cared to let us know. We finally got a family room at the end of the hallway, very dimly lit and uninviting. There was a misunderstanding about breakfast; we were not told about paying extra when we checked in, so we assumed it was free. As we left the hotel the next day for our day trip, I quickly grabbed a couple of bananas from the shelf, and the staff gave me a "weird" look and took them back because he said we had to pay. We were so embarrassed by the whole situation. The whole hotel experience was a nightmare. Will never stay at this hotel again!!!

Original room had holes in the curtains, toilet seat was broken, and heat/air unit didn’t work.
Reported toilet seat and heat/air unit the next morning. Toilet seat was fixed right away. After two times coming to our room maintenance said the heat/air was working. When we got back to room in the afternoon, unit still wasn’t working. Reported to front desk , who said they would inform maintenance. A few hours later, still not fixed. Informed front desk who said maintenance person told them it couldn’t be fixed until next day. I informed front desk no such conversation took place. We had to move to another room!

We arrived early and only stayed one night before flying out. They stored our luggage for the day, so we could tour around. Check in was smooth. There was a mall right behind the hotel, which was handy. And metro right across the street.

This is conveniently located near the Barcelona Airport (15 mins away) and the train station to go to Barcelona downtown is right across. There is an outlet mall and another indoor shopping mall located and is in the outskirts of Barcelona. It is a good hotel but there is no space inside the rooms for luggage. We had 3 bedroom room and it is good except it would have been good if there was a bigger closet or a counter to put the luggage. The connection to trains is good to go to downtown and felt very safe in the neighborhood while coming back late as long as you time your trains as it takes 25 mins to get to the central of Barcelona. We did not have the breakfast so can’t comment on it but lots of quick joints nearby but if it is a national holiday you have to go to Barcelona for food.

The receptionists were not welcoming, especially the 02 girls who were just sitting and looking at the screen, I tried to get in touch but they seemed busy all the time, I recommend the management to take a round with them, to explain that hotel guests need people who meet them with a smile, not sit and look at the screen to seem busy.
