We loved staying in the middle of the old town. Our balcony overlooked a pretty street and inside of the hotel we felt like we had good privacy.

The location is ideal, walking distance to the beach, main boulevard, restaurants, and bus lines. The room itself was a bit small but not cramped. The floors felt dusty when we arrived. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Would certainly stay again!

Great location with a good sized room, complementary drinks as well. Cory bed, fridge, terrace. No complaints whatsoever. Highly recommended! Quick walk to the beach and most tourist sites.

Fabulous position to explore San Sebastián by foot. Very welcoming staff, very clean rooms and nice to have outside space. Good little coffee station at reception too. We really enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed a very pleasant short stay at Casa Nicolasa. This pension is ideally situated close to the old town. The staff were friendly and particularly helpful. The room we chose waste with a terrace. These rooms are at the back of the property and, whilst it is nice to have outdoor space to enjoy a glass of wine, the view is only of the surrounding buildings. On reflection we might have opted for a room with balcony at the front of the property. That is a minor detail which did not detract from a very enjoyable experience.

Ideal for solo travelers and couples. Quiet boutique hotel in a great location. Safe and easy after hours check in. Clean and eco-friendly. Small staff attentive and friendly. Walking distance to the beach, boating and hiking trails. Fresh flowers, farmers, seafood and meat markets around the corner. Affordable local cuisine to Michelin star restaurants. Everything San Sebastian and Basque Country has to offer!

We loved our stay. The hotel is in the perfect location for visiting the whole of the town. It was peaceful and relaxing after a busy day sight seeing and the recepttion team are very friendly and helpful. We booked the deluxe room with balcony. The balcony is small but you get a view of the sea at the end of the street. Despite being on a street, when the windows are shut there is very little noise and we slept well. The shower is walk in and the housekeeping is excellent. There was plenty of storage and the toiletries are good quality and generous. The mini bar free water was really appreciated. There is a Lidl across the road for anything else. Thank you for making our holiday so perfect.
