Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Unfortunately there was a strong sewer smell coming from the shower drains. We needed to use a wet towel to cover the drain when not in use.

Let’s start with the parking, its not actually on site and it's NOT free. It’s in a public car park and is over €20 per night. You have to cross a main road to get there. The EV charger is av and only works if you have an account, you can only have an account if you are Spanish!!!!
Dog friendly- like other hotels, although you can take you beloved pet they are not allowed anywhere in the hotel, even though the restaurant was like a canteen.

Great stopover on our way to France. Parking a bit far away, but helpful staff guided us. super nice with dog bed and bowls for our dog that was also offered a snack on arrival. Nice breakfast to a reasonable price.

The hotel is very nice. Has an underground parking one block away. Staff was friendly and profesional. Breakfast was not so great, and while the king size bed was HUGE and very comfortable, the smaller beds where a little noisy and a little hard. Overall the hotel is quite good, but price is somewhat high compared to other good hotels nearby outside of San Sebastián.

Never again will we stay in this place. The AC didn’t work. When we asked for maintenance to fix it, we were told that it was past nine pm, and maintenance would not work after hours. This is what we found:
the bathroom smelled like mildew, the toilet seat was coming apart, there were stains on the bed, there was a huge hole in the curtain.

Our room was very large and the bed comfortable. We had a balcony but I don’t think many other rooms did. The breakfast had a good selection and all the staff were very friendly. It was a 20 min walk into the old town but there were lots of facilities nearby. The bus stop outside took us straight to Ondarerra.

Never again will I stay in this place. The AC didn’t work. The receptionist was rude and incompetent. He refused to call maintenance out because it was past 9pm. All he could say was:”What do you want me to do? I don’t know how to fix the AC.”
The bathroom is filthy and smells like mildew. The toilet seat is coming apart, there are stains on the bed. We had to take the headboard decoration down before it fell. There is a huge hole in the curtain. The phone doesn’t work. This is a roach motel for the price of a comfort hotel
