Exceptional customer service from Christina (check in), Christian (bartender) & Manu (bellboy). This trio went above and beyond with every interaction.
Highly recommend staying there despite a snafu with the a/c in our original room & front desk re: it not working.
Renata (front desk) needs more customer service training ASAP.

Arrived before check in time no room was available
Went grabbed a bite to eat came back our rooms were ready/bags brought up to our room(no wait)
Nice size room & bathroom for 4 people our room came with 2 balconies that we enjoyed. The only negative no time to enjoy the pool lol this is a Great place
staff - Nice/Friendly & helpful
Location- within walking distance to market/restuarants/shop & a whole more
didn’t need a cab till check out when we were headed to our cruise I’ll definitely stay here again
