Good location

Friendly staff with useful response. But their office hour is from 10am-6pm. Really had kind of pressure to check in or collect the bug gage storage before 6pm Our room has extra spacious toilet and shower - almost same size as rhe bedroom! Wish I could have a choice to select a spacious room rather than the wc Perhaps this is the old Barcelona building, the water flow of the Wc from upper floor and some crackling sounds from the building was occasionally heard despite it appears to be recently decorated.

Zero exposure to outside world from the room. Place was fine for what I needed. Helpful staff.

The room was very small. The staff was very friendly.

Loved our little apartment. It was cute, comfortable and the location was great. Easy walks to the metro, the bus, and a variety of dining options. Staff was helpful when I had questions about the microwave buttons, and they also stored our bags after check out until we needed them.

The staff was excellent and the area is great!

Selected this because of the kitchen facilities but disappointing. Kitchen amenities are not maintained: Coffee machine not working No dish drying cloth or kitchen towels 1 wine glass fir an appt that sleeps 4 Dishes and plates are odd compilation No bowls If you offer a kitchen then it needs to fitted with all the amenities like other appartment hotels do Room was cold as the heating was not working WiFi was non existent - works for 5 mins then drops and stays in discoverable for 4-5 hours. Ended up using all my data on my phone Shower was either boiling/scalding or freezing. Couldn’t control it . My colleague in his appartment had the same problem. Hand soap was empty The lighting in the shower is dark so when you are struggling with adjusting the tap for the water is not easy To compound all of these problems there is no reception except btw 2-6 but even during these times there is no one visible to ask tho g to be fixed. The only time someone was there for us was when they needed to take the payment. When I shared Al the issues he said he will let the supervisor know but nothing happened in the 2 days out of the 3 day stay. Great location and somewhat clean If you are planning to stay in this appartment pls bring everything you would need from home including coffee, soap, kitchen towels etc

Great for a couple nights city break

Did not have hot water or wifi :( Lobby does not respond to messages and extremely little rooms.

Clean but very small rooms. It is in a great location. Bathroom was a good size - wish the rooms were comparatively bigger too.

Good location, fast communication with administration. If you need quiet time to sleep I won't recommend it, otherwise is very good to stay

We arrived early from a cruise , reception was un attended . The manager was very curt ! We returned when she arrived she agreed to store bags for us but said we should have pre arranged, as we were on a cruise this was not possible due to coverage . We checked in , paid in full & were given. Access codes . When we returned to our room at 8:30pm we could not gain access as the code was incorrect we were locked out for 45mins until we received a call back & the door was opened automatically by computer . We were travelling with our two children . Other guests tried to assist us . All we received was a sorry ! Shower was very temperamental freezing then scolding ! The accommodation is basic & not overly clean , would need a good painting . But it did suffice for our stay ! I would not return to this accommodation, however I would return to the area as it’s a great location .

The apartment was clean and well located. A bit noisy. Staff were helpful.

Super clean and modern hotel! The room and bathroom were spacious, and the front desk staff was super accommodating of early check-in and keeping bags after check-out. The air conditioning was powerful and reliable too. The walls are a bit thin so you may hear your neighbors.

It is an excellent location. The staff were very responsive. Easy to check in and the apartments provided information about airport pickup. Couple of things to keep in mind if you are traveling with a family of 4 like we did. An extra roll away bed will cost you 36 Euros/day. Wi Fi is a little slow and streaming videos are not very smooth. You don't get a cleaning service every day. Reception is unmanned after 11 pm, one night an alarm went off at 3 am, and it took about an hour for this to be resolved. Overall though very good value, all the staff members speak good English and are very helpful. And you cannot beat the location, right on Ave Diagonal.

El hotel está bien, lo que deben de mejorar tal vez es la limpieza del baño, había mucho polvo, en lugares donde se veía no limpiaban nunca, las sábanas un poco desgastadas, pero eso sí, tienen muy buen servicio a la hora de solicitarles cualquier cosa. En si mi habitación la 002, necesita ciertas mejorías y nos encontramos con la ventana del baño rota y el lavaplatos también, son pequeñas cosas que pueden mejorar. En sí tiene una ubicación excelente y muy buen servicio al huésped, y lo que nos importó más, es muy seguro!!

Nice b&b, clean and new. The staff was verry kind and helpful. It is far from the metrostation. There is one hudge problem-no hot water! Probably the hot water comes from boiler and is not enough for all the rooms and guests. Woke up in the morning-no hot water, came back in the evening, after all day walking-no hot water. If you like taking a shower, do not go there...
