It was not this close to us that there will not be aircon available during our stay because it's winter weather for them. Well it was warm not having to open Windows, we slept with open windows. It was comfortable the first night until the next morning where loud noises was almost every.hour since the clock rings and windows are open. Then we developed mosquito bites everywhere in our body over the period of our stay. Husband can't sleep in to rest a little longer because every morning there's a loud noise coming from the pool area waking him up. It's just disappointing that, that specific detail of not having an air conditioning during that time was not disclosed at the time my reservation.as if they had already assume that it is okay with it, when it was among the amenities that it should have been available. How do we know we could have chosen another place to stay in during our stay.

Excellent location, super friendly and professional staff and a lovely room. The rooftop bar is beautiful aa well. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel was within walking distance of all the attractions. As a female traveler, the area felt safe to walk at night. There can pull right to the door. The staff were extremely helpful in getting me taxi and fulfilling my other requests. The room and bathroom was huge. I would recommend this hotel.

Beautiful, clean, excellently located hotel with easy walking access to everything. Bathroom & Shower was the best we have had on our entire tour around multiple cities in Spain. Lobby is beautiful and relaxing. WARNING: This hotel is located in the historic area with cobblestone streets and very very narrow passageways so do not try to drive directly to the hotel. Use one of the nearby parking garages first. We witnessed even local people driving small cars trying to negotiate the narrow alleyways …and it wasn’t pretty!

What an amazing Hotel. A bit difficult to get to it specially if you carry a bit of luggage. But the Hotel is exquisite and beautiful

Really enjoyed our stay. Extremely comfortable, clean and stylish hotel which has an excellent location to the old town. Only let down was bar was only open 4 days a week. Wonderful!

It was conveniently located to the major sites in the area and has convenient eateries near by. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed our stay.

Unfortunately the swimming pool was closed

The staff was amazing and helped us get around. The location is great, very close to the Cathedral and Real Alcazar and very close (walkable distance) to Triana neighborhood, Plaza del España and many other attractions. If I'm back to Seville I will very likely stay there again.
