Great hotel. Excellent service, great beds. Spacious and beautiful rooms. The pool is magnificent, as well as the spa. Nice views from the bar terrace and great tapas served at the lobby bar. They had a complimentary luxury car service at the door, which we used everyday to go wherever it was we were going. We utilized the dry cleaning service and I have to say that I've never seen my suits so perfectly cleaned & ironed. Everything about the FS Madrid was perfect and we'll definitely be back.

I would have liked to have been advised by the Four Seasons that the streets were closed to traffic due to a bike race on the day of my arrival. I had to walk a KM uphill with my bags.

Outstanding service, especially housekeeping. They wound our charging cords for example. Excellent lighting in the rooms. The tech in the rooms is really modern meaning: plenty of charging ports and adapters.
