Good sized rooms. Breakfast could be better.

We stayed here last minute after checking in to a disastrour airbnb and it was a good stay. We didnt stay long enough to really enjoy the full resort but looked like it had awesome games and activities throughout the day to enjoy. The room was great but my family’s other room did have an ant issue. The breakfast here was incredible. Location was close to the beach.

At first glance property looks nice. But waking up to an abundance of small fire ants two mornings in a row was horrible. On floor, on night table, in shoes. So gross. Staff were very unsympathetic. Not interested in moving us to a new room. Also no towels. We were handed very wet towels for the bathroom and told there was no dryer. We asked if they could bring back dry ones and they took our towels and never brought any back. We had a Spanish speaker with us so language was not an issue. Do not reccommend

Had a lovely mini break. This is our 3rd visit to the hotel over 20 years it didn’t disappoint. We arrived early and had enquired about early check in, which the Hotel was able to accommodate. Reception very helpful. Entertainment team was brilliant and waiters very attentive remembering your order. Really enjoyed our stay will be returning next year.

Nicely renovated hotel to a high standard. Let down by insufficient staff numbers on front desk and slow lifts. Also pool area will not be large enough when hotel is full. The daytime activities were too loud for our taste. Evening buffet excellent. Breakfast disappointing

H10 is an excellent hotel close to the beachfront with easy walking or cycling access to cambrils or salou.

The stay was good overall, the service is nice and the food is also good.

Great hotel and facilities and location. Food ok choice wise but buffet was never hot enough and despite raising the issue the next two nights it was just the same. Everything else great

We checked reviews extensively and made sure the property fitted our needs prior to booking. On paper it did. In reality it was old and run down. The public areas are old in parts but fairly clean, could be better. But the rooms are in desparate need of refurbishment. Cleaning could be better - hairs left in bathroom etc. and the hotel had a dreadfully strong perfume throughout - be aware if you have any allergies. We emailed the hotel with a simple request 11 days prior to arriving - to be allocated a top floor room in a quiet part of the hotel. They completely ignored this and allocated us a room close to children and not on the top floor. We found that very rude. They hid behind the excuse of being full but with 11 days notice they could have easily accomodated such a simple request.They moved us but the replacment room was just as bad. Food was generally good but they closed the buffet ahead of the scheduled time. Even though we were assured this and the other issues would be dealt with we still needed to move hotels early to enjoy our special trip. The manager seemed nice enough but her follow up to our review on Tripadvisor was rude and more than a little argumentative - claimed she moved us on goodwill but as gold members Hotels.com would have done that FOC. Better for her hotel if she put that energy into customer service, staff training and rectifying the bad parts of the property. Until this is refurbished we cannot recommend this hotel.

Glad we only stayed B&B as the food wasn’t great. Wish we hadn’t had a room overlooking the pool as the noise from the ‘live’entertainment and disco was really annoying. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Spent four nights at the hotel,very good value,clean throughout with nice pool and bar area.Breakfast was very good also.Great location for traveling aroungyrhe local area,with a great bus service stopping right outside the hotel. All staff very pleasant

Rooms a little on the small side, tiny balconies. Bathroom clean but bath had been “refurbed” by being hand painted!

The property albeit dated was tidy, the water pressure in the shower was excellent. This hotel was better suited for groups 60+ years to stay as the restaurant was a buffet every night, the lounge was fine and had cruise ship like entertainment each night. Although our room did have 2 twins and a king - that is all it had. We travelled with our 2 adult kids (early 20) and this was not suitable for us. The town of Cambrils was nice but very sleepy. If we were to return it was be to Salou were there are more shops, restaurants and energy.

We only stayed for 1 night. The location was good, very close to the beach and the breakfast was great. The pool was nice as well. What wasn't so great was that the beds were very uncomfortable, way too stiff so we didn't sleep well. What didn't help with sleep either was the ungodly noise coming from the hotel bar (I think)? Music was playing very loudly until around 23:30 so none of us could fall asleep and we had to get up early.
