H10 Croma Malaga

The hotel is beautiful. The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. I ordered the birthday package, cava and cake arrived when requested and was a lovely treat. I would definitely return.

From the moment of our arrival to our departure, all of the staff were courteous, friendly and professional. My wife and I were celebrating our Birthdays on the day we arrived. The staff once realizing this special day for my wife and I came up to our room after check in and gifted us with a bottle of bubbly with glasses to celebrate. The hotel also have a beautiful roof top that we enjoyed. The hotel is within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, the historic center and the marina. I strongly recommend staying at the H10 Croma, Malaga based on the location, the friendly, pleasant, and professional service the staff (all of the staff) provides.

The Hotel location was great. Easy to walk around the city and get to the train station. A modern design, which I like. Staff were friendly. There was a good selection for breakfast. The room cleanliness was poor. On arrival the balcony was covered in what looked like mosquitos. After raising the issue with reception I was told they were not mosquitos. Whatever they were there was still lots of them. Even after getting rid of them all they would return everyday. It was impossible to have the balcony door open as they would invade the room. The room itself was good, but there were signs of wear to the walls. Dirty marks etc. The room floor was very dirty and I don’t believe it was mopped once during our stay. The bed was made everyday, but fresh towels were not provided everyday. This was a problem as there was no heated towel rail so the towels would remain wet. I felt the rooftop bar was well overpriced. Non alcoholic drinks were all small portions. Even the coffee was a tiny cupful.

Very modern, beautiful and clean Hotel. hotel staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally, located to all dining and museums.

Stayed in cathedral view room, the room was great, large bed and good facilities. The balcony got the sun only in the morning but very noise due the bus stops opposite the hotel. If I return I definitely wouldn’t pay extra for the cathedral view room due to the noise. Can’t comment on food as room only and breakfast expensive at 21€ each.

Totally incredible experience and highly recommend this hotel - super friendly staff and helped us with every single question, received a welcome cava, a bottle of red wine (part of Expedia status) and every time we needed any staff member, they made themselves available. I also want to give a special thanks to Beatriz who made our breakfast utterly incredible by even learning some words in our native language and welcoming us each morning. Couldn’t have asked for more. The room was perfect size and special with 2 balconies which we spent time on, comfort was next level and even the extra sofa bed was super comfortable. It was an incredible stay and we would 100% return in the future. All the best to the hotel and its workers and hope you have other guests who appreciate it as much as we did.

Great location. Modern and clean facility. Good breakfast selection and friendly staff. Love the body lotion provided in the bathroom. Spacious king size bed. Beautiful rooftop area. Overall a fantastic stay. Highly recommend this hotel. A side note, I didn't really receive VIP benefits as a Gold member on Expedia. I think they forgot about it or forgot to check my info. I had to ask for the supposedly included bottle of wine for it to happen. Wish I should have just mentioned it when I checked in. I just made the assumption they knew about it. By then, I already checked in to a room so it was too late for a room upgrade. So, I learned my lesson, never make assumptions; better to ask and mentioned it before hand. Other than that, the hotel itself if truly fantastic.

What a beautiful Boutique Hotel. The staff were wonderful from start to finish and the rooms amazing. Location excellent right next to the Mercado and all the shops, not far walk from the Marina. Thank you also to expedia for VIP treatment with a lovely bottle of red wine, enjoyed on the terrace with a few tapas.

Our stay at this hotel in Malaga was wonderful. It's centrally located, has a great breakfast, is friendly, and has a welcoming atmosphere. We fell in love with it.

H10 Croma Malaga was a great base for our weekend. Just a 5 minute walk into the main shopping and restaurant areas. Decor was great and modern, spotlessly clean, very friendly staff. Rooftop was our favourite part.

Lovely modern hotel in a great location. Room was spacious, environmentally friendly and very clean. Loved the roof top bar too.

Amazing hotel, great location and breakfast would definitely recommend if you’re in Malaga
