The staff is amazing and helpful. They greet you when Yo winter and bid you farewell when you leave. The hotel is adorable and absolutely clean. Bed is very comfortable. There is a patio for dining or lounging. The pool is great for those hot days. Highly recommend!!!!

We enjoyed our stay. Loved the traditional Spanish feel of the decor and layout of the hotel. Lots of different indoor and outdoor spaces to sit and enjoy, drinks, breakfast or relax. Our room had everything you needed and the decor was lovely and it was very clean. The location was great, very quiet but walkable to restaurants, bars and all the main historical attractions. With our vip access we received a bottle of cava which was delicious. Perfect sized roof top pool and sun terrace. The food and drinks were great!
The only things that let it down was our bed in our room was so small and the mattress was broken on one side, so didn’t get a good night sleep for the 4 nights we were staying, it was mentioned to reception but nothing was done to sort the problem. The roof top terrace decor was a little dated and tired, and didn’t reflect the rest of the hotel style and comfort. The breakfast I feel was a little over priced by the size of the hot food portion.
Apart from that we had a lovely stay. And would recommend staying here :)

The Hotel was just perfect , from check in we were shown on a map the local area to visit , our room was beautiful with an amazing comfortable bed , We only had breakfast on the first day which was just perfect sittiing in the little court yard with orange trees . Staff were very friendly .We will definatly be back soon and thank you for mkingb our stay such a memorable one ,Andrew/Michelle

As I was ill- not the hotels fault! - I didn’t see much beyond a very comfortable room. The facilities looked great and the design is charming, excellent location and a good bed. But the temperature was hard to regulate and the room service poor for such a lovely hotel.

Lovely hotel, we first stayed here 20 years ago and very pleased to stay again. Super friendly and helpful staff and delicious breakfasts. Great location for Seville’s main attractions plus some of its best bars and restaurants.

A lovely hotel full of character. Delightful staff who were very helpful. Comfy beds and quiet environment.
Delicious food. The tasting menu was great. NOt sure that the flamenco performance that went with it was the best but certainly was a good introduction to Spanish culture on our first night.

We had a great stay at this lovely hotel and they were extremely helpful when I was unwell and needed a doctor so I am very grateful. Breakfast was good and we enjoyed the rooftop pool area briefly, although it is small, it has a bar service which is nice. Would prefer that others were not allowed to inflict their music choices on everyone else via Bluetooth speakers however. Sometimes you just want to lie in the sun and read a book!

An absolutely wonderful property. It was a respite in the hot summer months in Sevilla. The rooms are spacious and offer all the comforts you need in a modern life but with aesthetics that honor history. Breakfast is wonderful and has so many delicacies on offer. The service is even better than the food or the rooms. It is a wonderful and beautiful place - we cannot wait to go back.
