Lovely room, bright, airy and modern. Very nicely decorated and everything you'd expect in a 3 star hotel and right in the centre of the old town. Reception lady (Patricia) was particularly helpful and pleasant, ensuring you knew where to go, what to see and how to get there, offering to book restaurants for us and recommending places. Hotel is extremely well situated, 3 mins walk from the cathedral and on the doorstep of the market.
Because the old town is only accessible by car if you are local residents, you have to leave your car in a public car park outside the walls of the old town, so beware if you have cases, there is a 5 mins uphill walk to get to the hotel. There is a lift but only seems to work during market hours. Overall, great stay and would definitely recommend.

A pretty little property just a 5 minute (max) walk to the Cathedral. Staff were great and breakfast was well worth it. Very comfortable bed and good shower.

We stayed at this hotel at the end of our journey on the Camino. It was absolutely perfect. The staff was kind and allowed us to check in early at 10:30 AM after a long, rainy walk to Santiago the breakfast was incredible and well worth the price, the hotel is spotless, comfortable and welcoming. I would absolutely stay here again when I return to Santiago.
