Hotel Bellavista Sevilla

Hotel do not cater for English people, they talk about you in Spanish and treat you very poorly. Food raw chicken wings, raw eggs over the pasta cabonara. When mentioned that I had a nut allergy they proceeded to serve me a burger bun full of nuts and seeds. Stuck out in the sticks. Looks like a run down area no shops and a 40 minute bus journey into Seville. Not what was advertised online. Very disappointed We were also refused drinks at the bar while they were serving other guests. The only upside was the pool but limited sunbeds. Also the signs in the hotel were all in Spanish, No pool side service. Truly an unwelcoming hotel in Seville

This hotel was great for what we wanted. The buses were regular and the stop was outside the front of the hotel, but it was 35-40 minutes away from the centre. Lovely breakfast with several options. Rooms basic but comfortable with a great shower. Reception staff friendly, approachable and exceptionally helpful.

Wonderful hotel with spacious rooms. Staff was always willing to help and always with a smile. Breakfast was a great buy!!

This is more inline with a two-star hotel, it certainly shouldn't be listed as four-star. It is very dated and although the room seemed clean there was unfortunately a cockroach in the breakfast room, which meant we didn't eat in the hotel again and didn't feel comfortable in the room. The centre was also a 30 minute drive away.

Hotel appears to be geared to large tour groups. It is about a 30-40 bus ride into Sevilla centre but bus is right outside hotel. Rooms are large but air conditioning not working and it was uncomfortably warm. Car parking is an extra 12 euros per night, There are no nearby restaurants or bars. Would not stay here again because of distance and area.

The only upside to this hotel was the breakfast. There was a wide selection and most of it was good. However, the fruit did not look fresh and one of the plums I picked had moldy spots on it. We picked this hotel because it is advertised as “dog friendly” though I would categorize it more as dog tolerant. Every hotel I’ve been to in Spain has included a welcome gift for my dog and been friendly welcoming her. This hotel has a long list of restrictions you must sign that says the dog cannot be on the sheets, in the dining area, etc. Like I said, dog TOLERANT, not dog friendly. It’s fine. The worst part about our stay (which was only one night) was the lack of cleanliness. There was mold around the bathroom sink and a horrible smell in the hallway and room. Also, we had a leak coming from the AC vent that dripped all night, even after we turned it off. We got NO SLEEP. When telling this to the employee at reception, she seemed apologetic but merely said this is what happens sometimes with ACs and made no offer of compensation. Overall, would not recommend this hotel and we won’t be coming back. Recommendation to management: if your intention is to make money off pet owners, make all areas of your hotel accommodating to dogs and provide water bowls in your lobby or SOMETHING other than just allowing them to be there as long as they follow all your rules. Additionally give your reception guidance on customer service and offering some kind of compensation for when things go bad

Bad location;service very slow: room very like a prison cell

Really great hotel, nice rooms, clean, good breakfast and service. About 20-25 min from the center of cevilla but the bus (#3) drops you off literally outside the hotel and the center of Sevilla.

Staff is not organization about customer file, example they offer us door card with wrong room which was occupied by someone. And later, we have got answer was that our passports numbers were related to that wrong room.

Personnel were rude and bathroom was not clean and very far from city center which was misleading from what it was shown when I was booking.

Everything was fine except that Wi-Fi was down for the two days we stayed there.

The saving grace for this hotel was Ana at the front desk. Always friendly, helpful and professional. You can catch a bus right outside to the historic center..about 40 min ride. The room was very stuffy...did not matter if you had AC on or left the window open. Very uncomfortable for sleeping.
