This hotel has the absolute worst customer service. The receptionists are rude and difficult. I would suggest trying a different hotel. Also, the location is terrible. There are much better options in Barcelona that will provide a more relaxing experience and less frustration. The booking process was unpleasant as well.

Nice hotel, but needs an update! It has everything you need but feels like old and not so clean... Very convenient, you can walk to restaurants and shopping malls.
