parking free dislike: 1- In the reservation page there is balcony but in the room there is no balcony or nice view 2- there is no water in the room but Mr, Antonio in the reception gave us 2 bottle of water, Thank you Antonio 3- In the room we hear and smell sewage coming from the wall

The hotel looks beautiful but the customer service was terrible. Upon checking in with a hotel staff member Paco who was not incredibly friendly we were told about our single nite stay and that we should enjoy our breakfast at 7am in the morning. In all my travels when I’m told to enjoy the breakfast and not told about any cost upfront I assume it is included as is the case wherever else I have been. The next morning I proceeded to have breakfast with my wife which was just coffee and a pastry. When checking out we were told we would have to pay for two breakfasts which were around 7-9 Euros each. After complaining to the lady at the reception desk and having to face her rudeness she went ahead and called her “partner” who said we have to pay for one breakfast at least. She kept saying “ We should have known.” I travel a lot for work and vacation and have never had such a negative checkin and checkout experience.

Wonderful private estate type Hotel. We love the country feel in a city environment.

Let down by poor service and failure to repair window shutter despite complaints.

Large rooms although I was on the side with a view of the building opposite. The pool was beautifully situated and quiet until about 6 pm. Staff were very courteous and the shuttle into Cordoba was extremely useful. The breakfast is limited in choice and the menu for vegetarians was also limited but the patio seating area for the restaurant was lovely and made eating at the hotel a good experience.

Overall it was ok but we had to change rooms as the external blinds rattled in the breeze, making sleep very difficult. We suspect this is a problem throughout the hotel where rooms have these blinds. The hotel’s facilities were quite good, especially the two pools. Shuttle bus to Córdoba worked well. Hotel food inexpensive but very ordinary. Breakfast basic. Staff pleasant and efficient.

Hotel is a 10 minute drive to the city/Old Town. There is a shuttle at 9.55am to the city and one coming back at 7 pm. The food at the hotel is good and not overly expensive. The hotel room is simply furnished with just double bed, not kingsized. There is no coffee/tea making facilities in the room. At weekends the hotel can host parties for functions, so can be a little noisy at times.

A lovely characterful hotel in a peaceful location. You need a car to enjoy it. Only down side was that we were offered a varied menu on arrival & then told we had to have a set menu on sitting down. Limited choice.I has steak & chips. Steak was tough & chips lukewarm.

We got bed bugs!!! The hotel did address our concern and watched our clothes, but are refusing to refund our night. Based on how severe the infestation was, I highly doubt we were the first ones to have this experience. Its unfortunate, the hotel was nice, but I would not recommend staying here.

Awesome stay

A really lovely spot with pleasant surroundings and pretty patio. Ideal for families given the playground and pool. The food was good but too many of the mains were accompanied only by french fries. Mashed our boiled potatoes would have been better with the delicious sauces.

Great place to stay. Shuttle available to city center. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Beautiful room.
