The location was great. Staff very attentive and the hotel was nicely appointed and very clean!

This property is in a great location with walking distance of all the best sites but what really makes it is the staff they are lovely and extremely helpful

Very nice hotel and really close to the beach like 50 mts, super clean and cozy, breakfast is the must, the stuff is super kind and they will make you feel like a king. Have jacuzzi in the roof.

We loved this hotel! For a 3 star, it exceeded our expectations. Although the rooms are nothing fancy, they are spacious and well equipped, with beautiful terraces. There is a rooftop terrace with lounge chairs and Jacuzzis. Since we were there during low season, we had it to ourselves. We don't know how busy it gets during high season, but the beach is right across the street either way. Breakfast was also very adequate. It is a classic european breakfast. The staff was also very kind and friendly. It was perfect beach weather on the day of our check-out, so they offered to store our luggage and let us use their facilities for changing etc. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a small family run establishment. People are very nice and friendly. Rooms are very large and clean. There are two jacuzzis on the roof deck.

Great family run business. Clean. Straightforward. Wraparound balcony in our room. Provided us with beach towel. Did short hikes to many beaches. Beautiful views. Staff was amazing and friendly.

Very close to the beach and tourist area, yet quieter at night given it's not on commercial street. Parking available for a surcharge, which is a plus. Hotel is clean and staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms could be more comfortable and soundproof.

We enjoyed our stay in Tossa de Mar very much. The hotel is located just a block away from the beach. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful, showing a great sense of hospitality. Comfortable room and bed. In addition, excellent breakfast. We will definitely come back.

The hotel offers a good price compared to the other hotels in the area. Hotel standard in general is very low in this area and all of them are pretty much 3-star by american standards.

Hotel was no frills, but room was clean and comfortable Had a nice large balcony and chairs to sit in Hotel staff was very helpful with information Breakfast was excellent Parking is not included and is cheaper the farther away you park. Parking near the hotel is 15EURO/Day Internet speed was really sub-par

Tossa de Mar is a fantastic place to visit and we absolutely loved our stay at the Florida hotel. The hotel itself is clean and well kept, the rooms are comfortable and you have everything you'd need staying in a beach front Hotel. Three outstanding things about the Florida... The LOCATION is superb, 2mins away from the beach, and the same to the old town it's also on a relatively main road so easy to find and you can use the Hotel parking spot to dump your bags and check in (will need to find other long term parking obvs) BREAKFAST... the breakfast is superb, really sets you up for a day of wandering and beach bumming, one of the best I've ever had. The STAFF, all of the staff were great. Very helpful with excursions and booking tables in restaurants (defo worth it as you really get a bit of extra service!!). Everyone at the hotel was really friendly and lovely and really made our stay.

We stayed in Hotel Florida in 2013 and came back to the same hotel in 2014. The staff is the best, and they do their best to make you happy. We highly recommend this hotel.

Easy to find, plenty of parking in the area and a very short walk to the beach.

Very nice hotel in good location very near Capitole square. Comfortable bed. Our view was of the adjacent building but the room was very quiet. We don't care much about views because we're mostly in the room to sleep and prepare for activities. Good breakfast that was included with the room. Lots of restaurants nearby. Easy walk through the old city center. We rented Velo bikes and rode down the riverfront. We'd stay here again if we're back in Toulouse - an hour drive from Carcassone.
