Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. At check-in, guests must provide a negative PCR COVID-19 test result. The negative COVID-19 test result requirement applies to all guests aged 6 and up, and the test must have been administered no more than 72 hours prior to check-in. Guests age 6 and older are required to provide documentation of recent travel history (such as showing passport immigration stamps) and a complete a health declaration (PCR screening for COVID-19, issued within 72 hours of arrival in the Canary Islands) during check-in. Residents of the Canary Islands and guests that have stayed within the Canary Islands for 14 days prior to check-in are exempt from this requirement.
