Location, location, location!
This self check in hotel, just off the side of Plaza Mayor is in an excellent section of Madrids Old Town with shops, restaurants, shows, too many to count.

Best location ever. Very small rooms. Impossible to leave your bag for a few hours with the front desk. Impossible to get late checkouts.

Great location, and very basic everything else.
You get a bed, a wardrobe, towels and a bathroom.
Far from the pictures showed on the website.
The auto check-in doesn't work.

My Card didn’t worked after like 4 hours and the machine was not able to fix the card so I was stuck out of my room until a cleaning lady came back.

Hotel is at excellent location, but the check in process is very BAD. Guests have to help each other to check in. First, no one is there, when you arrive, many tourists did not get the code to open the door, many people have to wait outside waiting for someone to open the building door. Hostel has to know that many tourits do not have cell phone service in Spain since many of us do not live there. They should have someone there to prevent this kind of situations. Or the door ring should be connected to the administrator phone in case of help.

only good thing was the location. tv didn’t work. we didn’t have hot water for the two nights we stayed there. our room smelled so bad. there were little ants in our shower (not the biggest of issues). the soap dispenser in our shower was out for our entire stay. you weren’t allowed to eat or drink anything in the room. there were “quiet hours” every night starting at 11pm. we had to go 5 flights of stairs to our room. our room door wasn’t locking. would stay here again if every other hotel was booked.

Should have had a place to sit, and maybe a table. Should have more personal attention to guests, since there wasn’t anybody around except the maintenance and service crew. The location was excellent.

Pésimas instalaciones la sobre camas muy sucias el colchón totalmente blando la recepción casi imposible tuvimos que llamar por teléfono porque su máquina no sirve y no hay ninguna persona que te ayude lo mismo les pasó a otros huéspedes a los cuales tuvimos que ayudar nosotros en fin una categoría pésima nada se relaciona con las fotos que muestran en la aplicación de ustedes.
