Staying in this hostal is a waste of money. This is not family friendly hotel. Near the metro station and supermarket other than nothing special. The room smells like molds. The bathroom shower drainage are clogged.If you want some adventure then stay in this hotel.

Was nice very easy access and the staff was Amazing polite love it

For the Price and the location being close to the Bernabéu Stadium it’s ok but really nothing special the air con unit was spitting dust and dirt out onto the bed and the general finish in the room was very poor but again it’s cheap so should know what your getting I guess

There is no elevator at ground floor. Elevator is only from third floor up.

to be honest with you, i went to that place, and there was no recepction desk, i had to walk 50 meters to reach the reception which it was a little bit unconfortable, bc i just got to Madrid and i wanted to reach that place to sleep. The price itself, i mean it was ok... just a little bit expensive, not really worth it to spend like that... for that place well spent it would be a little bit more cheaper tho... nevertheless, it was clean, but very small the shower, i couldnt even take a proper one

Cant expect too much from a hostel but still rather a below average experience given the price.

OK, for a night. Key has to be picked up at a different address which they imply is temporary, but from all appearances is permanent.

I didn’t like the location and the accommodation. The room dosent smell very well and looks not real clean

The smell was very unique in this property. First of all, the check in process was horrible and very unwelcoming. The room had a sketchy smell. It was a mix of cigarettes, dirt and toxic chemical. After staying in the room for 6 minutes, we had a nausea for the following 2 hours and ended up not staying in the hostel. When we informed the staff about it, they said that it’s our responsibility which is very unprofessional. 0/10, would not recommend i would like a refund.

Friendly staff. Plain interiors but very clean. I had a private room with bathroom and everything worked fine.

As soon as we walked in to building it smelled like poop. Poop smell lasted at least half of the time we were there.

Smells, very old furniture. Too expensive for that condition. In reception lady knows only Spanish language.

The only thing that i didn't like is that the room was underground

Spotlessy clean room in a good location at an affordable price. Right next to bus and metro stations and heaps of dining options close by. Hostel staff were great, from check in to cleaning to accomodating a late check out. Noise from other rooms is easily heard so bring the ear plugs to ensure a good nights sleep.

The room are to small and breaking

Terrible and unfriendly staff. Rooms are dirty, sheets are dirty. Noisy neighbors renting rooms by the hour for ***. Blankets are filthy and smelly. Non smoking room smelled worse than an ashtray. We left in one second. I demand a refund from Expedia. Expedia should never ever list a property like this.

Very cold rooms, thin walls and single pane windows in a very noisy neighborhood of Madrid. People coming in and out all night. Above a kebab shop which produced awful smells. Worst place I ever stayed in Madrid. And it's not like it was a budget price.
