The hotel is clean with good staff, and good size rooms. It is well located for restaurants, bars etc

A wonderful stay! I had a clean, tidy, spacious room, eitha good bed, a nice view from the terrace. The air-conditioning was super, and the ensuite was very good. There was a nice area for holding and taking food, and spacious storage Wonderful, warm, welcoming, friendly staff, who could not do enough for me. I'd definitely stay there again

The hotel was in a perfect location for us. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. We ended up staying an extra day. I would stay here again!

We arrived to a very warm welcome, our room was a superior room. Small but very clean and very nicely decorated. As was the bathroom, best shower ever towels changed daily. And room cleaned daily. A very nice hotel in a perfect location. We really enjoyed our stay.

So nice to stay somewhere that nothing was a problem for the hotel. We arrived early and were able to go straight in. The room safety deposit box was included in the room price and even were able to borrow beach towels at no extra deposit or cost.

Very polite well mannered staff. Our check in was smooth. Our room was spacious and cleaned spotless daily. Breakfast was a lovely continental with fresh juice and we were served hot coffee/ tea as required. Good value for money and would definitely recommend.

Hotel was very clean and the proprietors were very friendly and helpful , but we had to ask for another toilet roll. Also two people sharing a room with a balcony and only one chair, so we asked for another chair. There is only one bedside cabinet with one light so if one went to sleep the other could not have the light on. The bathroom was nice but they need a slip mat in the shower. Just little things like the above make a difference. Our room was on the front and extremely noisy from all night road traffic. Although not the fault of the proprietor there are two hotels with the practically the same name in the same street five minutes walk apart. The difference being one is called Costa Narejos and the other is Los Narejos. Apparently it is causing a lot of confusion when booking and people are Landing up in the wrong hotel, as we did. Obviously the Costa has more facilities which obviously you pay for. So perhaps that should be brought to people's attention when booking.
