Le cadre de l'hôtel est vraiment sympathique ! Il est proche de toutes commodités telles que les supermarchés, l'aquapark, les restaurants, boutiques de souvenirs et de la plage. Tout se fait à pied (et pour les bons marcheurs vous pouvez rejoindre le port de Alcúdia à pied en moins d'1h) ! Le personne de l'accueil était vraiment sympathique malgré la barrière de la langue (seul un jeune membre du personnel parlait convenablement le français). Notre appartement correspondait à la desceiption de l'annonce. Juste pour précision les 2 banquettes du salon étaient en mousse ferme et le matelas du lit simple à ressort il me semble. La cuisine est fonctionnelle, il y avait une éponge et du produit vaisselle. Le petit bémol était que le nombre de couverts correspondait au nombre de personnes qui louaient l'appartement (3 fourchettes, 3 couteaux...). Il y a des transats au bord de la piscine ainsi que 2 douches. Prévoir d'aller à la piscine tôt le matin si vous souhaitez vous baigner sans enfant. :) L'amplitude horaires de l'accès à la piscine est plutôt large aussi contrairement à ce qui est précisé. Wifi dans l'appartement quand ça capte bien. Juste l'appartement voisin de même palier peut s'entendre quand nous prenons nos douches. Sinon c'était très bien ! Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet hôtel. :)

On a passé un très bon séjour. Equipe disponible et environnement dépaysant. Le parc avec la piscine est top et propre. Dommage que nous ayons eu des jeunes peu respectueux au milieu de la nuit (chambre en dessous de la nôtre) a parler fort et taper sur les murs. Sinon nous avons passer un excellent week end. Le petit plus appréciable est la clim déjà allumé à l'arrivée dans la chambre!

It’s a 2star resort for a reason. Apartment was dirty, very old with uncomfortable furniture. I accept living close to wildlife will bring ants, mosquitoes etc, but this is no excuse for lazy cleaners and no investment in improving the accommodation. My wife had to clean the apartment before we unpacked, never had to do that before. We paid a lot of money for three nights, so not even cheap. Avoid this place like the plague. It is truly awful.

had a lovely time , all staff were helpful and friendly , great pool ,good spot in alcudia. would go back to this hotel . apartment decant size , bathroom could do with update , but was fine ,hotel was clean , we had clean towels every other day .

Location was very handy could walk to beach and shops within 10-15mins. Food was okay from there had one dinner and one breakfast as we ate out on our holiday.
