Overall comfort

The location of the hotel is great, gives good access to the centre, to supermarkes and bars. The room was big and cozy, great bed/mattress and very nice pillows, at least for me. The cleaning ladies were always in the hallway ready to sort your room out which was very nice to see. They do take the cleanliness seriously here. I was a bit taken aback by the fact that their standard rooms don't come with a kettle as I've always had one even in a standard 3* hotel room. Perhaps I didn't pay attention to the room description when booking. The swimming pool is very small and so is the number of sun loungers for the amount of guests the hotel can accomodate. I feel like having the swimming pool is just a push to tick the 4* hotel mark. There is also a small gym available which looked very tidy and clean. Breakfast was nice, large variety of foods however the quality of the coffee was quite bad. Unfortunately I could not finish my coffees in the morning. Perhaps new coffee machines with more variety of coffees or new coffee beans? The hotel has an online check in and check out, however mine didn't work so we had to queue for over 40 mins just to check in. Didn't quite understand why so strict on the 3pm check in time. If a room is already available and the customer arrives at 2.40pm, why not check them in instead of making them wait till 3pm to then queue with everyone else to check in, while causing everyone to get impatient and putting preasure on staff? Something to look into.

Hotel was lovely and all the attractions were located centrally

The NH Plaza de Armas is located just over the road from the bus station so is very convenient if you arrive that way. The lobby is immaculate and the cafe/bar is good. The room was great, with a comfortable bed, lots of electrical sockets and a well arranged wardrobe/bathroom area. I personally dislike having to use a QR code to access information about the room especially as the wifi wasn't consistently working.

Lovely hotel, great room, comfy bed. Staff very efficient, fuse went in bathroom light and it was fixed within 15 minutes if me reporting it. 20 minute walk to main sites so pretty centrsl

We loved the hotel. It was in a perfect location. A nice walk along the river to the centre took about 20 mins. It is very close to the bus station as well. The room had everything you need. The air con was excellent in the room. The shower was the best and easiest to use that we have had in a hotel and for once the shampoo etc had large lettering so I could see it without glasses! Breakfast was good but we would have liked more hot food. We would definitely stay there again.

This is our family’s fourth stay at this hotel. It does not disappoint. It’s convenient to everything, and it’s a beautiful hotel.

The staff called us on our third day to let us know they were able to provide us a room with 2 separate beds as originally requested without any reminders from us.

So easy to walk everywhere if you like to walk. Mercadona right behind the hotel super convenient

Just returned from our third visit to this hotel. Location is great, as are all the staff, so no real negatives to highlight. Only minor issue was that the pool bar was not open, despite the excellent weather

Everything was perfect for us

Well located and convenient hotel. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. However, there were issues with the Internet coverage within the rooms to the point that I had to change rooms. The first room had a good air conditioning, but the second room had a deficient one.
