Not what I expected from this hotel chain. Room was large but bare. Bad shower and sink did not drain.

Overall a Lovely Hotel with friendly staff. A lady at reception went to a lot of trouble to try get us a dentist on a Saturday unfortunately was unable to but did try her best. There was a mix up with our complementary drink which we didn't receive on check in so I mentioned it on check out and they offered a glass of prosecco. My only gripe was I would ask for a room with more natural light. Our room 204 although lovely was dark with one window that just looked out at concrete walls into a internal courtyard . My husband didn't mind as he felt the ones on the front of the hotel or in the new building might have had street noise this room didn't. Will definitely stay here again it has a great location in the old town. Central to bars and restaurants.

The hotel is in a great spot, and the room was beautiful. Location is right in the old town district and a short walk to the castle and the port/beach and shop/restaurant. We'd have scored it much higher if we had been treated better on arrival. A storm (neither the hotel's fault nor ours) meant we arrived two days later than planned (cancelled flight). We notified the hotel on the day of the storm - we didn't ask for a refund of the two nights we wouldn't sleep there - but we were strongly informed (then and again on arrival) that they wouldn't refund the nights even if we had. What we did ask for was the room to be held for us given that we had paid in advance for all four nights. Apparently this was too much to ask for, the room was occupied when we arrived (I assume sold twice) and not available for us until later that day.

Probably unlucky with the allocated room. Expensive (too) for a room with no natural light (not advertised as such); very low water pressure meant shower not very good and room was next door to the service room which meant noise. Central location of the hotel is good as is cleanliness etc

Very nice property in a busy historic area of Malaga. Staff was friendly. We didn’t receive any VIP benefits. Bathroom was large and well appointed with good amenities. However, the shower floor is extremely slippery and is dangerous. A bath mat in the shower would solve the problem. We didn’t get an overview of the property amenities when we checked in which was disappointing. Luckily, our friends checked in the day before so they gave us a run down. Our room was very quiet but our friends heard people, trash collectors and street cleaners all night. We didn’t eat or drink at the hotel but the restaurant and bar looked decent. Overall, a very nice boutique hotel in a good location.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Malaga. Staff were excellent and attentive. The Barmen, Adrien, is a throwback to hotel barmen who make a stay even more enjoyable and vibrant.

The hotel is excellent. Great location. Close to restaurants, shops, transportation. Some of the main tourist sites were also very close by. Every day the hotel gave us a free bottle of water, the room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable.

Second visit and didn’t disappoint. Small, luxurious and discreet. On a quiet street without traffic yet close to everything in the old town. It’s a great base for a first time visitor to Malaga.
