Great stay. Had everything we needed. It was super clean, had a very spacious living room, and a great balcony.

Good family tripp. Good view on top floors.

Be warned - the price is good BUT it’s very noisy because of construction, traffic, bars, children’s arcade right below and echoing loud voices due to all the concrete.

The view is great. If you want to be in the center of Cala Mallor tourism, this is your spot. Kitchen supplies are minimal. There was some major construction going on a block toward the sea which disturbed us, so we asked for a move and the hotel manager was very accommodating and helpful.

They shouldn’t charge more money to clean your room during stay. We paid the same day rate for 7 nights as someone staying for one night and they get their room cleaned. Would be easier to make 7 separate bookings to ensure room is cleaned daily

The staff at the hotel were lovely helpful & friendly. It’s in a really good location a few minutes from the beach & surrounded be lots of shops & restaurants. The towels & bedding doesn’t get changed during your stay unless you pay extra for it. We stayed for one week & feel they should’ve been charged at least once as standard. The beds are very uncomfortable & creaked really loudly when moving or turning over.

Loved the area Great value for money and close to the beautiful beach at Cala Millor Quite clean and pool area was nice There was a funny smell in our room when we went in. A lingering cooking smell. Cushions on sofa bed were stained. Beds in our bedroom were VERY noisy any time you made the slightest move. Got very little sleep as my husband tosses and turns a lot. The beds raise up for the maids to change and when we pushed them down, it helped a bit. I asked at reception and they said someone would look at it. Not sure if they did!

We had a great stay. The apartment was spacious, clean & very close to the beach. My only small complaint is that the pool opens late & closes early.

Hotel was perfect only let down is there is no bar/restaurant. Rooms spotless although if you do want maid service will cost extra.

It was a last minute booking (the night before checking in due to a bad experience with HM Mar Bleu) , and I was so happy that found your hotel. Clean, modern, tidy. Everything we needed for a comfort stay was in our room.

Stayed with a family of 4. Large apartment with full glazied balcony with seaviews. The beds / sofas in the living room were ok. We stayed 8 days but didn't get towels or bedding changed (you can for a fee). Good air conditioning. Great central location, beach was a minutes walk. Would I stay again... Definitely

Very happy with our stay

Protur Atalaya was a beautiful place to stay. The rooms were finished to high spec even with soft close doors and cupboards to reduce the noise levels. the room was very clean on our arrival. No clean bedsheets for the whole of our stay. Parking was ok outside on the road. Great supermarkets nearby. The reception staff were exceptional and nothing was too much trouble. A big thank you to May who helped us immensely. The pool was too cold to swim in as it was October but was always manned by a lifeguard. Hotel has no restaurant or bar but does have a small vending machine. Laundry facility downstairs for a few euros. Balcony and view was amazing. 8th floor. on the whole I would recommend the Protur Atalaya for a very pleasant stay.

Decent apartment with really good facilities. Shower was excellent nice and powerful. Balcony nice size with good views would recommend

Modern, clean apartment in a great location with friendly, helpful staff. Basic kitchen and nice bathroom.

The apt was spotless and very well equipped.the position was convenient for all shops and bars and restaurants however perhaps in high season it could be noisy.staff very helpful but we had a problem with air conditioning in the bedroom which wasn’t resolved.if we had been staying longer we would have asked for a move.however as we only stayed a few days it was exceptable.

The property has a lot of ants that crawl into our beds (no cleaning or changing of bedsheets was offered to take care of the ants issue unless we pay). Our apartment has a lot of mosquitoes; first day I killed about 10 of them and every single day, new ones show up. We could not sit in the balcony because of mosquitos. The laundry room was full of mosquitos. I don't think that our family wants to return unless they fix the ants and mosquitoes issues.

Great location. Plenty of sun beds.. Modern hotel. No change of towels, bedding or cleaning unless you pay extra. Lots of ants in our room. The place will deteriorate quickly if the rooms aren’t cleaned regularly.

Fab recently renovated luxury apartment hotel. I only wish I was back there again now
