Room Select Tetuán

This is a budget hotel offering zero amenities. There is no privacy in rooms to use the bathroom or shower. If you’re sharing a room with someone make sure you don’t mind that they can see everything you do. Pros of the Hotel: -Extremely friendly reception staff -Excellent location in old Seville -Really nice shower water pressure with very hot water -Soft and big bath towels -Clean bed Cons of the Hotel: -ZERO amenities (some rooms have Nespresso machines but not all) -An odor of sewage in some of the rooms -No water available (and it’s currently averaging 43-46 degrees Celsius in Seville); must be purchased from the hotel or local grocery store. -No snacks, fruit or continental breakfast offered (there’s a coffee shop in lobby) -The bathroom is not separate from the bedroom. It’s a glass wall offering no privacy with a door that is hard to close. Water floods in front of the toilet. -No safe in the room to hold valuables and passports. The most troubling of the issues with this hotel is the odor we had in the first room we checked into. I booked a superior room with a balcony. Upon opening the door, we almost fell over from the smell. It smelled like someone used the bathroom in the middle of the room and left it for a day in the heat. This smell is coming from the plumbing in the shower or the toilet. Overall, location is great but if you’re looking for luxury, this hotel is not it.

A lovely affordable little hotel right in the centre of Seville meaning all the sights were only a short walk.

**Stylish Stay with a Few Design Quirks** This hotel offers a beautifully designed and cozy space—modern, minimalist, and tastefully decorated. The bed was comfortable and the room felt fairly clean and inviting, with charming touches like the wicker lamp and wall art that added warmth to the atmosphere. That said, there are a couple of things future guests might want to be aware of. The bathroom, while sleek and well-kept, lacks an extraction fan, which would really help more with ventilation. More importantly, the bathroom door offers *very little privacy*. If you're traveling with someone, be prepared for a somewhat see-through setup that might not suit everyone’s comfort level. All in all, it’s a good place to stay—just something to keep in mind depending on your travel companions and preferences.

Horrible bed and room not so clean, but great location.

Great location in central Seville just off the main shopping street with a huge choice of restaurants & cafes very close by. Very helpful staff on the 24 hour front desk. I had a single room which was quite compact but comfortable & included all needed. Although central the hotel is in a quiet spot & has a nice onsite cafe for breakfast & snacks.

It’s in a great location, but I’d recommend learning all of the details about your room in advance. The room I was given was incredibly compact in a way that felt very cramped - needing to close certain doors to open other doors and access the seperate shower, toilet and sink. It felt like they tried turn a closet space into a room that wasn’t worth what I paid. There were no complimentary amenities like a kettle, mini fridge, or even a bath mat for when you exit the shower. The downstairs gallery was a lovely design but

It’s a perfect location to see the city centre. The receptionists were all helpful. I would like to come back again.

Hotel is in an amazing location, everything is walkable and as you walk in looks amazing. Room was good but there were marks where coffee had been spilt and not cleaned before our stay which was disappointing. Probably would look to stay somewhere else.

This place was hard to find. No taxi or car so if you have luggage then bigger problem. Room was small.

Feels like a youth hostel at the price of s boutique hotel. The room smelled of turpentine or paint, which gave me a headache. I couldn’t stay there, so I paid the bill and went to another hotel.

Comfortable bed and nice daily room service. The room and bathroom were very small and didn’t even come close to being like the room shown upon booking. The room was very basic. In addition, prices were jacked up due to Holy Week. Hotel is difficult to find on maps and the hotel should give guidance on their location especially if nobody answers the phone.

Wonderful small modern hotel in the heart of Sevilla. Great staff made me feel like family. I have been to many hotels in Sevilla over 45 years an this has to be the best for a single traveller.

The hotel is in a great location, very clean and friendly staff. The shower is superb however there’s no kettle ( unless you ask for one from reception), no cups, no safe and the tv is positioned next to the hand basin so you constantly bump into it. Therefore it’s a bit expensive for what you get.

Situated in the perfect spot in Old Town Seville. Staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. Our room was unfortunately very small and we were disappointed with the lack of any storage, no iron, no kettle and no privacy in the room as glass bathroom wall. We were next to the lift so heard that a lot at night. That said we had a private terrace with views of the cathedral so not all bad

In the heart of everything, yet quiet. Clean comfortable accommodations and friendly helpful staff.

Very central, everything walkable. Clean hotel. Pity the room had no fridge. Also we had a noisey room above reception, better sound proofing needed around the door. Bathroom set up not ideal, a glass wall around a shower and a toilet.!!!!! For some people that wpuld not be suitable.
