It has a palatial feel. Everything's marble and ornate. It's conveniently located in the center of the city, and there are lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. It's close to many of the top attractions, but it's quiet. Getting to the parking garage is an adventure; you really have to follow their detailed instructions to have any hope of getting there. Rooms are quiet and well appointed, staff are friendly and all speak good English.

Amazing hotel and absolutely perfect location right in the centre of Granada.

It was very well located and the staff was very nice. Didn’t like the AC didn’t work and the room had a weird smell, there were humidity stains in the bathroom… we were so tired we slept like that

The hotel is in an excellent location and the rooms, the staff and breakfast are excellent, as is the service and tapas in the bar in the evenings; however it gets very loud and rowdy at night with crowds of (probably students) making their way home between 11.00 pm and 4.30 am!!! The windows of the hotel do nothing to keep the noise out. So, if you don’t have earplugs, watch out!

I loved the hotel and the area is in the center, walkable, many dining options.

This hotel is well located, good breakfast, nice room etc but it disappointed me. I had two issues whilst staying here that were considered irrelevant by the staff. It looks as if they've read all of their good reviews and think they don't need to try anymore. The first issue was being woken up at 6am to the sound of laughing and shouting. I got up to find a tour group in the hotel reception that decided that as they were up, so should the rest of the hotel be. The receptionist was completely ignoring them but when I asked her to manage the situation, her response was that they were waiting for breakfast. They may well have been but it took some insistence from me to get her to ask them to be quiet. The second issue was that one afternoon, I returned to my room to find the door to my room wedged open with a screwdriver. Literally anyone could have walked into my room, I know I did without any check on room keys or whether I was a guest. There were workmen nearby working on the wifi that wedged the door and did not check if the room was mine when I walked in. I told the receptionist that I was not happy but she told me that that it was justified as the work on the wifi was more important than the security of my room. No apology, just a reference to a piece of paper that said they were working on the wifi. The facilities of a hotel are important but staff make the stay a good or bad one. My stay was bad so I do not recommend this hotel.

Everything was good except I didn't like the glass window in the bathroom as I wasn't sure people could or could not see the shadow of what we were doing inside the bathroom.

Very nice hotel. Right in the middle of everything. Difficult to get to with a car, but that's true for any hotel in the area. But they have a parking garage, at cost. A ground level room was all we could get because we booked late and it was a busy weekend, so it was a bit dark. But if you are in the city you don't spendmuch time in the room anyways.

Excellent service, great breakfast and location

Comfortable hotel in the heart of Granada - all areas are quite walkable from this location. Staff was very polite and helpful, with good tips regarding sightseeing. The only thing - hotel had weak Wi-Fi - we were placed in the corner room (123) and our phones were losing connection to wifi as we were getting from hall to the bedroom. Other than that, all good.

It took two attempts driving around to find the hotel but directions the hotel provided were spot on once you realize that some odd turns and narrow streets mist be navigated. Hotel is centrally located and walkable to many sights. Staff was great. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Quaint hotel. Beautiful inse patio with fountain as a lobby. Hallways look to patio. Place is tucked in but within minutes walk to main Avenues, plazas, bars an restaurant. Within 5 minutes to Cathetral.

Lovely foyer- clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was amazing with a huge choice. Staff were friendly and very helpful.
