Clean, amazing breakfast. Great staff, always responsive

We had to extend our stay somewhere booked directly with the hotel as the offered for the same price and included breakfast but we had to move rooms. We asked for at least 1 room to be ready as soon as possible and was told we would probably be able to keep one of the rooms if we book direct we was staying as my son was to ill to fly and needed another day to recover we wasn't given the room till nearly 4pm

Tram is close by, although the nearest beach had a lot construction work ongoing at the time of stay

Ask for a room that doesn't face the pool.

The hotel staff were amazing fantastic hotel and amenities absolutely first class!! The rooms very modern and spotless. Breakfast superb and the pool was superb for the kids. I will return back for sure. This is an Amazing hotel.!!

Starting off with the hotel view, it is amazing even from any room. I had multiple friends stay here and all of our rooms looked amazing. The staff was also very helpful and knew everyone from the reception all the way to housekeeping you can’t beat the hotel being next to the beach every day I would get up and go to the beach to start my day. The pool area was very accommodating. Had to spend at least one day, just relaxing by the pool if I would have the option to stay here again in the future, I definitely would.

This stay overall was not 5 star value. Daily there were no face cloths or towels in the room and had to call the reception after a long days out in the sun and just wanting a shower. The food at both the lobby and pool area lacked taste and was expensive for the quality given. The service we slow to even place and order. The beach close by is not great and the recommended one 5-10 minutes away charged 40€ for an umbrella and chair. The pool was mostly small children. It’s quite a distance from the city and not much going on at night. I expected 5 star service but did not recieve it. I would stay elsewhere .

Overall great, but pool should open earlier rather 10am, adults want to go for swing early same for family with kids. Kids food options at hotel are not good at all. Just fried food. No pasta or suitable kids options more healthy. No water fountains to refill water bottle anywhere, you just need to constantly buy water. From 5 star I would expect be more prep for this and offer choices.

I loved my 7 days!!! I went for my birthday and i felt like a princess!!!

Everything was great rooms, food , pool, location. Only thing i can suggest if the pool hours would have been extended especially in long summer days.

SLS Barcelona was absolutely beautiful and a delight to stay at. The decor and atmosphere were amazing. The food was great and the staff was helpful.

Wonderful hotel and property! Spent 3 wonderful days before cruise with adult family members. Bed slept wonderfully, black out curtains allowed me to sleep well into the afternoon and I enjoyed having a room overlooking the pool and harbor.

My stay here was excellent. The place feels like a resort from the moment you enter the lobby. The staff is incredibly friendly and the vibes were overall immaculate. Will return as soon as possible.

Beautiful hotel, but definitely not a 5-star experience. While the hotel itself is gorgeous, the service is a massive letdown. The breakfast is highly stressful due to a lack of space, broken coffee machines, and illogical food layouts. Room amenities were consistently lacking (like missing spoons every morning for coffee/tea). Also all the floor tiles was loose on the balcony barley stuck down and no grout in them...this was same also for kyara bar all tiles on the outside was just wobbly and loose...not great....For my birthday, we ordered a small cake that cost €55 but turned out to be nothing more than a hollow chocolate filled with whipped cream...not a cake!! delivered with a single small plate for the two of us., the staff's attitude was poor. After our drinks were knocked over by a heavy gust of wind while we were in the pool, as we was getting out the one of the staff was half way through cleaning it up...just walked off and like it didn't happen. When we asked the bar for a replacement, they were very hesitant we had only one sip before getting into the pool.., and the cleaner actually lied and denied seeing the accident. The location has limited variety (shisha bars), and the 5-star rating is extremely confusing. It functions more like a 3-star service in a pretty building. We enjoyed our holiday and would go back, just not with the high expectations we originally had this time...

SLS Barcelona 10’s across the board!! What an amazing stay. The staff were friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived until the time I left. From the birthday surprise to the continental breakfast and complimentary suite upgrade, the hospitality was top notch! If you’re ever in Barcelona, stay at SLS Barcelona.

Excellent hotel with amazing amenities

The room was amazing. Great breakfast. The area of the hotel is ok.

This is our first time in Barcelona. We selected SLS based solely upon the reviews. This place did NOT disappoint. Amazingly well appointed. Top tier quality. Technology is integrated in every nuance. My wife and I travel for pleasure, frequently. She and I agreed that SLS is one of the nicest stays we’ve ever had. First floor had a club type vibe upon entry. Lots of travelers enjoying drinks and socializing. Our room was very nice. Premium touches were throughout. Impressed. Would highly recommend. The hotel manager took time, herself, to assist with our luggage - Unexpected, yet shows the level of commitment SLS has to providing an excellent experience.
