Great place

Absolutely loved our stay in Seville and the apartment was fabulous, everything we needed and completely central with great parking options.

The place is super spacious, right next to a parking garage and walk distance to all main attractions. Raul is incredibly nice and communicative, assisted us prior, during and after our stay. Definitely would stay there again.

Good location and nice staff

Perfect location in such an amazing city! Comfortable beds for four people. We loved it!

Really central location and very quiet. Reasonably clean but towels could have been better quality and bathroom could use an update. Kitchen was adequate for what we needed. Shared laundry was adequate. Unfortunately the safe was not functional and in an awkward position and needs to be improved. Otherwise great

The best thing about this property is its location. However the rooms were dark and depressing, the bathroom very basic, the floor had a panel which is a trip hazard and the stairs are without railings. The rate was very expensive due to the inclusion of a kitchen and a small dining table. We found much better and nicer hotels in the neighborhood for less… When we decided to move out we had to pay a stiff fine in cash. I felt like we were ripped off.

I was surprised with how nice and big was the apartment we stayed. Raul , the front desk who helped us while we were there, is fantastic and he made sure we had accurate directions to get there and also to park out car on tjis parking garage which was very close by. The location is excellent and close to everything. We we able to walk everywhere day and night because we felt very safe. I definitely recommend and I would go there if I ever visit Sevilla again.

The hotel's location is perfect. The staff is very friendly and attentive.

Our family's first time in Seville. GREAT location. Raul and the team were very friendly and accommodating. We walked everywhere and saw all the major sites. A ton of great restaurants nearby, from Sushi to Italian. My only two complaints: 1. Our apartment had two bedrooms and only one bath. Difficult to manage with four people! 2. Most of the shops in the area are closed at the most bizarre times. Every time you walked down an alley, you'd come across a really cute shop, CLOSED! They honestly don't act like they want tourists. Excellent option

We had a very short stay but this property was perfect. It was spacious and very clean. It had everything we needed. We were in suite 2, right across from The laundry room - so very convenient! The best part of our stay was Raúl! He was such a delight - very responsive and helpful. He provided plenty of restaurant recommendations and also helped with booking a taxi for us. Would totally recommend this place because of its location but also because of Raúl! :)

We loved our stay here!!! It felt like we were residents in Sevilla! Will definitely stay there again!

Beautiful property, located in a key location.Near pretty much all attractions.

Suite 11 is small. Lacks the sense of space which suites usually have Very clean. Neat little kitchen area. Shower room a little tired. Comfortable bed. Very convenient for walking anywhere within the city. Great secure parking available at additional cost.

A few blocks from Plaza Nueva provides quiet but close walkable distance to the Sevilla Cathedral, Alcázar, and restaurants. There is a small grocery store a few doors down which we used to pickup a few basic essentials the small studio apartment need not provide such as paper towels (doubles as napkins) and toilet paper. (Room supplied with only one half used roll.) The kitchen dish soap dispenser was broken, but management provided a bottle of dish soap when we told them about it. The ground floor laundry room has one washer and one dryer. Typical European small load machines and the dryer actually dried. (A rarity on our six week, two country trip). Laundry room and adjacent toilet room very clean. Follow instructions on how to empty the dryer’s water catchment tub. European washers and dryers are very different from North American models. Good building security. Cleanliness and room down rated for dirty room floor and almost unusable “dining table”. The table is 75 x 75 cm wood slat patio table, four chairs, zero leg and foot room due to table leg configuration, and with lots of grime and mold growth between the slats.
