Excellent service. Very nice receptionist. Easy to check in and out. Very comfortable bed, good kitchen and kitchen supplies (ability to make coffee!). Shower was a little small and hard to close door so the water went on the floor. Laundry machine was great to have but there was mold in the part where you put the detergent, however all in all, was perfect location and nice spacious apartment for our stay.

It was a nice place but I would highly recommend they equip the apartment with all the necessities. One wine glass, one coffee cup and no soap to name a a few. The reception staff were wonderful.

The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped—perfect for a comfortable stay. It's in a great location within walking distance to a beautiful bridge, a historic church, a lively square, and a nearby grocery store, which made it very convenient.
My only concern was that the hotel was a bit difficult to find. Our GPS led us through very narrow streets, which made arrival a bit stressful. I would recommend that the hotel provide clear directions in advance, especially for locating the property and the parking garage. This would make the check-in experience much smoother for future guests.

Amazing apartment in the centre of the city. Spacious. Good view. The rental company was very friendly and professional. Unfortunately, we had expected the apartment to have basic equipment like a coffee machine, bread toaster and pressing iron, having in mind that it is an apartment accommodation, not a hotel room. How can one be expected to stay in an apartment without a basic coffee machine or bread toaster? Otherwise, the apartment is a very good choice.

The hospitality here was great, the apartment was clean and had everything we needed, even a washer and dryer. We ate at Circus which was a recommended to us and really enjoyed their set menu (although 1 set menu is enough for 2). The town itself is great and the church is beautiful as well. The location of the apartment is perfect, with a little grocery store nearby.

Perfect location for visit to Montserrat. Very welcoming staff. But there was no housekeeping - not even emptying the bins. The shower cubicle was tiny. The bed was a trick - photographed with small pillows - definitely only a double - not good for big people. Washing machine was the loudest we've ever heard.
