Op het laatste moment geboekt om de politieke onrust in Kandy te vermijden, en het was een schot in de roos. Geweldig nieuw hotel, super vriendelijk personeel en heerlijk eten.
Sfeer ontbreekt wel een beetje, waarschijnlijk door de nieuwigheid, en het is een beetje buiten de stad, maar met een tuktuk ben je daar zo
Met Sigiriya op twee uurtjes rijden, de ideale uitvalsbasis om daarna richting het zuiden te gaan. Kandy is een uurtje.
