Mooie villa met een vrij klein maar zeer fijn zwembad. De staat van het huis en het beheer ervan is redelijk (er zijn de nodige verbeterpunten). Het zwembad, de vrij ruime kamers met goede bedden en airco's zorgen wel voor veel comfort.
