the hotel concept was different, no reception but you get a code to open the doors. The room was very modern, spacious, big tv, very clean.
The breakfast room was small but you could see they’re renovating to expand. I think it was the best breakfast buffé I’ve seen in a hotel! Great variety, all fresh and delicious!!

Our first experience with a "no staff" hotel. And it was great. Well, there was staff to fix the breakfast, which was also very good with ample choices. We would have no problems recommending this hotel to anyone.

Because we had a US phone number we couldn’t relieve the sms message on how to get in.
Your company really needs to send out the codes via email as well for the travelers who don’t get the sms messages.
Fortunately, as we were trying to figure out how to contact someone the manager was leaving and helped us get our code. This man was wonderful, very friendly and a real life saver!

Essentially stole my money. They said they would text a check-in code. They never did. I emailed the hotel directly a week in advance of my stay to ask for further details and to confirm that they had my correct contact info. No response. Expedia proved unhelpful in trying to get my money back. Disappointing, and costly, experience to say the least.

There's no reception, and while that may be great sometimes, it was bad for me. I had to go to another hotel's reception to get advice.
The bathroom was clean and well furnished. The room itself not so much. The walls in the entrance to the room gave a very cheap impression and there were nail heads sticking out that you could tear clothes on if you were not careful. One of my two drinking glasses was stuck to the table in some kind of black goo. Under the bed I found some pills left by a previous guest.
The breakfast was okay, but not what I expect from a hotel breakfast. No bacon, no eggs, no hot food at all.
The entrance is hard to find, since you're looking for an entrance to a reception of a hotel, but all you find is a door that's labeled "night entrance".

Smidigt och gick bra med incheckningen trots att det inte fanns någon reception. Checkade in med koden som kom till telefonen. Bra och god frukost , det var en kvinna som jobbade där och fyllde på allt eftersom. Hon pratade dock i högtalar telefon under hela min frukost, vilket inte var lika trevligt.

Helt greit og meget sentralt hotell.
Viktig å merke seg at det er fullstendig selvbetjent, noe vi ikke var klar over før ved ankomst.
Lydisoleringen mellom rom og etasjer kunne med fordel vært bedre, man har ikke behov for å vite riktig alt hva som foregår på de andre rommene til enhver tid.
Men alt i alt ok, og vi kommer gjerne tilbake senere.

Søde og imødekommende personale. Ingen reception men Bjørn klarer det hele over tlf og sms, så ingen problemer med tjek ind eller dørkode.
