This was the best hotel we have visited so far in Sweden - where I have many hotel nights per year. Even though I did not have any golf clubs with me this stay, the hotel offered all kinds of activities in the best environment Sweden has to offer. The environment, the service, the rooms, the food/breakfast exceeded all expectations. It is extra fun that you recognize yourself from the wonderful atmosphere that can be found at exclusive ski resorts - that there is something for everyone. I will definitely return soon with both friends, family and business.

Rummen är väldigt moderna, med snygga inredningar, sköna sängar samt fina badrum. Frukosten var även den mycket bra. En varning dock för klimatet i rummen som är varma och kvava (trots att utetemperaturen endast låg mellan 20-22 grader). Detta gav oss en mycket sämre sovkomfort än vad ett svalt rum hade gett.

Det luktade mycket avlopp ifrån toaletten. Verkade också som att det var stopp i avloppet för vattnet i toaletten rann ej undan, tog tid innan det plötsligt försvann med ett sug. Men lukten kvarstod. Också knepig belysning som tog tid på sig att tända upp. Var även konstigt med ljusinsläppet från takfönstret i badrummet som lös igenom glaspartierna i toalettdörren.

Booked a Superior room which was a bit small but very clean, especially the bathroom. They put us in an annex building which seemed fairly new, but to get up to the second floor there was an extremely steep staircase - to the point that I barely was able to haul our suitcase up and down. They really should have been able to construct it with an easier access, especially considering it must have been built recently. If you’re elderly, make sure you request a ground floor. Apart from that the hotel is in a very scenic and quiet location and the breakfast was extensive and very good. Also note that check out is at 10 am - a bit odd. I have stayed hundreds of nights in hotels and never had a 10 o’clock check out time.

As the reception has (very) limited opening hours we expected an email with the code to a keybox. We got that email 6 hours after check out so... Fortunately the guy at the bar could help. 6.30 for breakfast is to late on a week day.

Most things ok this night. Some exceptions: no croisssant at breakfast! This is most important at breakfast to have something good with the coffee. Cinnamon roll or croissant. None of these were available at breakfast. The coffee was quite weak and not the best. To have an espresso available at hotel breakfast helps this situation. I missed this.

Vi hade ganska höga förväntningar men upplevelsen var tyvärr inte så bra. Vid incheckningen fick vi ingen information över huvud taget trots att hon frågade om vi hade bott där tidigare, vilket vi inte har. Rummet var rent och snyggt, men väldigt varmt. Vi beställde pizza i restaurangen som vi skulle ta med till rummet. Efter 25 minuters väntan fick jag fråga efter pizzan, då hade den kallnat när vi fick den.
