The place is located near the highway, which is great, especially when traveling long distances by car, so that you can rest well overnight. The room was silent and the surroundings between the nature are calm and peaceful. Just take into account that there might not be food service so you have to manage it, from at least a few kilometers away, also the room didn't offer shampoo or hair conditioner in case of taking a shower. Other than that, the room was basic but clean and comfortable.

Location great if you want to be away from town. About 40 minute drive to Gallivare.
The lodge itself was clean, but not at all soundproof!! I had two men staying in the room next to me and I could clearly hear every word and they were up late talking :( I had to use earplugs to get to sleep. The person on the other side one evening was blowing their nose which I could hear too and I could even hear them showering and using the toilet.
This was very frustrating!
While there was a TV, I could find no remote and no cable for the ariel. No kettle for a hot drink. Restaurant closed at this time of year and nothing nearby - the recommendation was to go Gallivare for food.
The hosts are great though - they arranged an easy late check in, and even though no breakfast at this time of year they went out of their way to provide a breakfast which was great.
